I wanted to let you know that you can bulk-update the print files and the mockups on your product variants by going to your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync > Edit. Once you check the box on the very left, to select all product variants, click on "Change print file" to bulk-update the print file and/or the product mockup that is pushed to your store. Once you make the update, be sure to refresh your store data, in your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync, by clicking on "Refresh data". If your shipments are lost in transit, we can offer a refund or a reshipment to you of these shipments. You can also reach out to us about any wrong products sent to your clients. As these orders are fulfilled by human hand, mishaps of this type can sometimes occur, but these should definitely not be the norm! If shipments get returned to us, this is usually do to the wrong address being submitted on the order or your customers not claiming the order, you can see more on this in our Return Policy here: https://www.printful.com/policies/returns We are also always happy to check in with any concerns you may have and assist, whenever possible! The duties fee shipments incur upon arrival in the destination country are charged by that country's Customs Office. Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, specific country limits, and also other factors based on the product itself. These fees are paid by the end customer to appropriate customs agency. Thank you for your review! If all of your orders are syncing up with us, even if they don't include Prinful products, they will have the "Needs Approval" status in your Printful Dashboard > Orders. You won't be charged for them, unless you complete them manually and you can also delete them from your dashboard. We do realize that seeing a lot of unsynced orders or products can cause concern, so we appreciate your feedback on this and will use it to improve our platform in the future. You can disable these orders from syncing up with us via your Printful dashboard > Stores > Settings > Orders and you can also ignore all non-Printful products in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync, so orders of them would not sync up with us. Hi, thank you for your review! I'm so sorry to hear that you have encountered situations with out of stock items! Since we print on demand, many of our products are also stocked on demand which means that they may not be in stock when your order is placed. However, we can generally have the products restocked within a few business days and fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Could you give us some details on what type of pants you'd like to see us offer? You mentioned some concerns with your site's interface and I wanted to let you know that you would need to change your website's theme/layout to fix the issue you're encountering with selecting a frame size. As for the frame measurement units - we offer framed prints measured in both inches and centimeters, but these are listed as two separate products. You can see them in our product catalog here: https://www.printful.com/custom/wall-art/personalized If you would like to combine a poster measured in inches with a poster that is measured in centimeters, you would need to push one of these products to Shopify and edit it from Shopify's side by adding additional variants to the product, then sync them up with products on our side from your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync. You also mentioned that you encountered some issues with your browser and navigating through pages. Could you give us some additional details on these concerns as well?
