I think it is pretty good I would have liked the shipping to be explained better. It seems that if you are using a POD company that the other shipping options shouldn't be there to confuse you.

Working with Printful has been a learning experience for launching my online store. Customer service is top notch....with the chat, I can always get someone to help me and clarify things that sometimes I don't understand. I have had some issues with some products with shipping issues, damaged items and or discoloration on the garment itself for my design. I tweaked a few things on my website and reached out to customer service who were more than helpful. It still is a learning curve but I am learning new ways to make my store better with the tools provided on incentives to get more perks for using the Printful platform as an entrepreneur. All in all, I am very happy with my choice with using this POD company for my store.

Do not waste your time using this Print on Demand service, they will eat into your margins like crazy. I even had some products where I was losing money, what is the point of using their service if it will cost me money? Better to source local print providers and do the fulfillment yourself, don't bother making them money.

So far my experience has been great...I would like to see more print all over options for the basic tees...etc...Some Bulk Pricing and better options I can offer clients who have large business and require large orders.

Increasing my original rating from two to three stars because Printful has made the print files available on paid orders and I appreciate the time they took to respond. Pros: the design interface is easy to use to make product templates. The packaging once it is sent to your customer is customized with your brand. Cons: Shipping is not optimal, think about two weeks from order, and it is expensive. There doesn't seem to be any option for expedited shipping unless you are using manual orders. The models for some of their mock-up shots are in awkward positions that don't really showcase the product, or the models are wearing clothing over the product in the mock-ups. You can only download print files that use Printful's free design elements, if you have a paid order for that product. The sizing charts that import to your store for many of the clothing products are based on measurements taken of the product if it is laying flat, including the chest measurement. This makes no sense. Most clothing size charts offer circumferential measurements, its best to build your own using Shopifies MetaFields

Expedited shipping option is available only for manual orders, Shopify’s “Shopify” and “Advanced” plan users. The prices are based on real-time pricing of the carrier, but this option is available when specific technical requirements are meant from the platform (how it is for specific plans). We do our best to upload new mockups as regularly as possible and we take into consideration all feedback provided from our customers. You can also upload your own mockups to your store or use a third-party mockup generator to better showcase the items you offer. Please note that print files can now be downloaded from paid orders in your Printful dashboard. Thank you for sharing your concerns about the sizing charts. This information is provided by the manufacturers and in most cases you can see both - measurements of the product laid flat and the body measurements to ensure the best possible fit. Poor quality embroidery on overpriced items matched with the shipping speed of the early 2000's is bad enough but when there is a problem Printful doubles doen and provides exceptionally awful customer service. Not selling any products would be more profitable than working with this company. Shopify should be ashamed they allow this company kn the platform.

There are also additional one-time fees for embroidery designs as we need to ensure that your designs fit our embroidery guidelines to achieve the best possible outcome. Subpar customer support. Its not even worth going into detail anymore as I have updated this review many times and never for the better. This company would not be bad however when you have an issue such as products that never get handed off to the shipping company after shipping labels are created and angry customers who by all standards should have received their order yesterday, and they are unwilling to do anything to help you maintain a positive image with the customer as they site "policy" as the reason for not doing what most companies would deem more than reasonable to provide a solution to a problem even if it requires a small amount of flexibility. They have no problem at all when you take the loss for their mistakes. And it's impossible to get a manger involved who can actually make things happen and approve reasonable requests as the "customer support" team will not escalate major problems when asked.

Anyone giving this service more than a star doesn't sell more than 2 shirts a month. We spend about $4,000/month with Printful and they couldn't care less about us. Imagine if YOU had a customer paying you $4,000/month and you had a rough 100% markup like they do. About 15% of the orders have one issue or another. Packages lost, that Printful has refused to replace, because they can't be bothered to submit a ticket with USPS. Designs printed on the wrong side of the garment. Holes in garments. Sending products to your customers from other shops, instead of yours and some of the things they've sent have been humiliating and we've had to explain to the customer how it wasn't one of our products. I could write an entire novel with all of the issues we've had. I make a point to let them know about every single issue that they cause in hopes of their service eventually improving and they've BANNED us from their live chat, because there are so many mistakes made and they clearly don't want to hear about them.

I made design i made everything so that it fits good, but when i press the button of selling nothing happens, it does not add on store it is not opening new window, the buttonn makes nothing, so the app is not working

I just had my first order go through Printful and fulfillment was declined. I have no idea why and there is no real customer support. Because the order was placed thru Facebook, I can't cancel that portion of the order and Facebook will not complete payment. it is a real cluster and there is no "help guide" that deals with my specific issue. I sent two emails, and requested support thru Shopify, but there is no way of even knowing if your email was received because they don't even acknowledge receipt! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Printful has been fairly easy to learn for me. I'm 64 - nothing like starting late, right? So far, I've been very happy with the platform and the ease and speed with which it integrates with my Shopify store. Give it a try!

Printful is a one stop shop, everything you need or need done they can do, I had such a hard time figuring things out but their support team worked with me until I got it, thanks to someone named Javier who sent me a step-by-step link, it explained everything I needed to know, a big thank you to Javier.
