Very easy and helpful, i moved many products to my store easily and fulfillment was very fast. Recommend to every dropshipper.

My experience with Printful has been like a toxic relationship. A wave of good times and total nightmares. We've had problems with products (one time my customer received a bag that said "coffee, squats and Jesus" - not something I sell) and other times it was crooked or misplaced prints. Despite selling over $50K in the last 6 months however, the company has shoved my business aside. They've hired inadequate shipping couriers and failed to provide a solution when over 20 of my orders were completely lost over the last 2 weeks. Their only solution to this ongoing issue is for me to upgrade to the Pro Membership for $65/mo, where I can choose a reliable courier myself, which for the bare minimum (the expectation for shipments to reach my customers, as per their entire business model), seems unreasonable. Before the current shipping fiasco, and right after my first big round of sales, I was offered the Executive discount, which isn't much - a dollar or so in savings, per sale. Since I sell in spurts each time a new product is dropped, this doesn't allow for me to stay consistent with sales numbers. A month or so after my first product drop, I was approached by a high level account manager (Samanta) who wanted to "check in" and see why I wasn't making the same sales that I had originally made within the first week - I explained my business model and she continued to press me, letting me know that she'd like to see $15-$20K in sales moving forward in order for me to keep my Executive discount. She said that this wasn't a hard and fast rule but a negotiation for me to keep the existing rate. This felt gross to me since I hadn't asked for the discounted rate in the first place - it was applied as a courtesy in what I assumed was an attempt to create an ongoing business relationship. Being given sales targets as if I was a low-level employee of this 3rd party app left a bad taste in my mouth, and as soon as I expressed that, I was met with hostility and a lot of ego-driven passive aggressive responses. Multiple emails followed with her mentioning my "unwillingness to cooperate" until I asked her not to email me again. I chose to look past that until the recent shipping incidents and the lack of cooperation from the Printful team. It seems that they will only do what it takes to protect their bottom line, even if that means that your business suffers the consequences. They seem to be using the poor delivery performance as leverage to move me into an expensive Pro Membership as they understand that it's my only option to provide positive customer experiences. They have acknowledged the shipping issue and refuse to make changes. They do not care about your business and they do not care about your customers. Unfortunately I am still with Printful until I find a solution to move my products to a new fulfilment service - a lot of the damage to my business' reliability through the eyes of my customers has already been done. Save your business's reputation and all of the stress that will inevitably occur in dealing with this company - please go elsewhere. (Shout out to Mariam though, she is seemingly the only good human at that company)

I like how easy it is to connect items to the store. Printful makes it easy to create items and add creativity. I wish when designs were updated on printful they would update on the store.

Printful has been fantastic in helping us expand our art business. We love the ever-growing product catalog and seamless integration into our website. Printful's customer service is top notch as well which really helps with managing customer orders. Look forward to seeing some better organizational features added to the back office!

Printful! A friend recommended and I totally agree... Quality printing and Fast! love these guys, app is great and helping to launch successful products. Costs a bit more but reliable and worth it.

I've been using Printful for over 4 years now. I mostly do posters, my customers are always happy with the quality and packaging. I've had some shipping issues, but they quickly rectify and fix whatever problems that have come up with any orders.

I love the products from the Printful app, but I wish it were easier to create/download variant mockups.

Also, your YouTube and blog are always used as a reference for our business. One point to confirm, I would like to work on sneaker design, but when will it be possible? I've tried other POD suppliers before, and Printful's app is the best by far. Works seamlessly with Shopify - and their products are top notch too. Customer service is the best as well. Couldn't be happier with them!

I am using printful to create a small business for my new brand. It has the best tools for designing and seeing mockups that I can find. I only wish it had a few more mainstream products that some of the other apps carry. Their customer service when I had an issue is top notch!

I started ordering my product samples from Printful in September 2019. Two months later, I started designing my store on Shopify. And I’m beyond happy with both Printful and Shopify. Now I could talk to you about product quality because it’s great. I could talk to you about their product offering because they continue to add more great products. Or I could talk to you about their printing because their colors are amazing. But what I want to tell you about most is their customer service. My biggest concern about my store customers is their experience with my products. In other words, my customers are my top priority. And Printful (and Shopify) make this possible because of the way they treat me. Being their customer, they treat me like their top priority. This means that when my customer has a problem with a product they bought from me, I know I can count on Printful to support me. I have no doubt that if I was working with a POD fulfillment partner that did not provide such good customer service, I'd be doomed. All this to say that by working with Printful, I can give my customers what they want. Printful stands behind their products, and the Printful team provides the support I need.

easy to set up but sometimes doesn't work and the support confirmed this when my first order didn't make it from Shopify to Printful and they told me to just process it manually because this sometimes happens.
Hey, there! Thank you for your feedback. There could be many reasons why the order didn't import, and we're sorry that our support didn't take additional time to investigate this case. All orders should import into Printful automatically, and in very rare cases, you could be asked to place the order manually. We see that you mentioned that it was a test order, and the order status was "'being fulfilled." Test orders created through the Shopify account won't import into Printful. Orders status for order import should be Paid and Unfulfilled. We don't recommend requesting fulfillment on the Shopify side as it won't push the order to Printful, and we won't be able to import it automatically either.
