I wanted to love printful but a month to ship a cup is just way too long. No customer will wait for that and this will not work if you sync your Etsy shop. Customers on Etsy will not wait that long but they can't ever give you a better time. So I am wondering if the mugs are processed in China for that long to get it shipped to anyone.

I understand that encountering delays is not pleasant at any time, however, we want to assure you we are doing everything we can to deliver the ordered products to you or your customers as quickly as we can. Note that the tracking links take longer than usual to update. The overload of shipments in distribution centers means carriers are slower to register and ship your orders. Our White Glossy Mugs are fulfilled in the USA, Australia and Europe. Our system automatically routes the order to the fulfillment center that can fulfill the order the most efficiently based on product and stock availability, a destination address, and other factors. Incredibly reliable, extremely high quality printing. And unbelievable automation! Their dashboard and the integrated app is more than you'd ever need. I can't say enough good things about Printful!

Flawless!!!! I love that the Printful shipping profile prices are included, even with out a Pro Shopify account. A must have!!!

Service au top pour les t-shirts mais catalogue réduit pour les boutiques situées en France. Les commandes passées notamment pour les hoodies via les Etats Unis sont longues à arriver, environ 1 mois et demi, j'ai dû une autre app afin de pouvoir avoir mes hoodies en 5 jours.

The app is great for integration. I tested a product and it was fulfilled quickly, arrived on time and the t-shirts are printed extremely well with excellent quality.

STAY AWAY THE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE!!! I HAD DOZENS OF MY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING BECAUSE THE PRINTING IS TRASH AND IT WRINKLES AND PEELS OFF AFTER ONE WASH.... THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE THAT PRINTFUL WILL NOT FIX

Really great app so far. Product creation tool is easy to use, lots of product variety and quality seems to be good from the samples we've received. A bit more expensive than some competitors, but it's been worth it.

Everything you imagine is there. Easy to use, lots of choices. Synchronization is great with Shopify. All recommendations for choosing the first choice.

Great app and integration. I used printful years back (and remember it being good then) and was pleasantly surprised how far they've come from an already great app. Simple to use but deep when you need it.

UPDATE AGAIN:6-12-23 Delivery Delays??? 6 months later still no contact from support about any issues at hand WOW UPDATE AGAIN:1-15-23 I have been trying t reach support for weeks. You state that you have live chat but I have yet to ever reach Live Chat. I have a business question and I need to reach a live agent. HOW do I do that? I clicked the bottom right and asked for support and this is what I got. How do I get in touch with Printful support? Get in touch with our team using any of the contact methods below. Live chat: use our chat widget in the bottom-right corner of any printful.com page. Printful app chat: go to Settings, click on Customer support > Support chat where you can also upload photos straight from the phone if necessary. Email: send an email to [email protected] Please Reach Out To Me ASAP. UPDATE: Couldn't figure out why I wasn't selling and would get the occasional message about weight. So I looked to see what shipping weight for 1 tumbler is and they have it set for 11.25pd and one is even 16 pounds! No wonder my tumblers aren't selling. I have tried to reach out to customer service but there is no live chat that I have been able to fund. Printful if and when you see or read this please reach out to me so we can get these issues resolved. Also is there a reason why you aren't showing up on my vendor list?

Great app, easy to use and customer service is excellent and available when needed. Wish you offered more types of printing options (e.g puff print, embossed)

The main reason I love Printful so much is the seamless integration with Shopify. It's like they were created together. Plus great quality, good service, white label is well done and when a bug happens, they try to make it right. Also, great forums and resources. They're not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and selling quality products with exclusive designs comes with a price. I'm very happy. I just wish they had more products in the home decor category.

I sold three mugs recently for $51. After Printful deducted their product fee, printing fee, shipping fee, and taxes, my profit was $7. Who is actually making money with them? Combine very high prices with feedback I requested from customers who purchased my Printful fulfilled products recently ... "not up to your usual quality" ... "Print was off-center" ... "took a long time to arrive" ... "arrived broken". That's four too many red flags. Looking at options because I can't sell products that are merely "good enough".

Good product selection, fast shipping and top notch print quality. The small handful of times I've had issues customer service was quick to fix the problems. Best POD service I've found on Shopify.
