I am very pleased with this app and the company. It is very user-friendly and easy to list items. The products that I have seen are very high quality for both printing and material. Only 2 things on the downside: I wish we could add all of their items through the generator and I would love to see them add more items, as well.

Easy to use but only gave it a four because the bulk editing needs improvement.

No consistency in throw pillow color with the print file I send. Colors always come out completely different. Stitching is already loose in some of the samples I just ordered. It's a shame because I really like the pillows. I won't be ordering from here again.

Before using Shopify, I had been searching for a one-stop shopping company that would handle the needs of my t-shirt company flawlessly, and so far this is what Printful has been for my company.

So far they've been absolutely great! Support is a little slow to respond, but ultimately they are a well oiled machine.

If this app did not exist, I would not feel comfortable operating my store as it is right now. It is indispensable to me and have never had an issue with quality or fulfillment.

I tried this company because I like the amazon link, but their mockup images for mugs only show 1 side (view) of the mug, so if the image is a wrap around or on the front or other side of the mug, it cannot be seen when listed/displayed on Amazon.com. A major flaw if you ask me. Their mugs are much higher priced than other companies doing print on demand mugs and their shipping is higher also, which I was willing to try because of the Amazon part, but with the above mention limitation, selling mugs on Amazon via Printful is a no-go. Also their support department is very slow to respond, if at all. Sorry, I wanted it to work, but it doesn't.

I really love this app and the service...and the products have exceeded my expectations. We even digitized my logo, which is a handful, and it came out perfectly.

Been using Printful via Shopify since March 2016 and couldn't be happier. Prints have only gotten better. Shopify syncing is incredible. Highly recommended.

I sell hard goods (backcountry skis.) Using Printful was an easy way to provide branded T-shirts and accessories (Coffee Mugs) without inventory risk.

A great way to test new products without having to take a risk on manufacturing and building inventory. We use it mainly for niche posters with low sales volume. The Shopify integration was easy and we even talked to a real person!
