Depending on what you want, you might find your self happy with you can do with printful. I would 100% avoid their embroidery. It is very unpredictable and doesn't seem to reflect the print area the designer shows. It would seem as though they have 0 quality control when it comes to what they send. I've had ordered sample of my own shirts only to have them come to me on the wrong garment in a color i wasn't offering. I've also had the wrong size shipped to me as well as my customers. If you're a gambler then I would recommend the bella canvas shirts as they seem to not fall apart or shrink. The color quality has loss and the detail will be lost on some of your designs. I would keep your hopes low and be surprised.

Great app. Easy to use, smooth process. Customer support always respond at least within the hour, most times instant. Can't fault it really - just wish you could add multiple variants of the same colour to the same product listing.

Even though you can create multiple variants under the same listing for certain products, you can still create the product in Shopify first (with all the colors/sizes/designs) and then manually sync all these variations in Printful. It is more work, however, then you have complete control over the products you sync to the ones you created in your store first. I've experienced Printful's integration with both Shopify, and also with Squarespace. The Shopify integration beats the Sqsp one hands down. Easy, quick, and also easy to edit products, even after the initial upload. Thanks Printful!

Amazing service! I sell larger volume but I didn't start out that way...once I did I got my own Printful customer success rep and I can't even think of how many opportunities Printful has arranged for me. Great printing, shipping and customer service!!! 1 million stars! :)

I love Printful. It's literally the backbone to my dropship business. I can focus on making my designs, and use their tools come up with amazing products for my customers. I have tried other apps/fulfillment companies on shopify and none have the ease of use, quality of products, and great perks program (use for things like discounted sample orders). I tried a different method in the past, and my sales in 3 years was less than 100 orders. In the past 2 months, I've had over 250 orders. I attribute this to being able to unlock my creativity using Printful, and the speed of getting products to my store with lifelike Model Mockups. I definitely recommend this, especially if you have limited design skills. This app is amazing.

The biggest problem I had was not all my products are POD and the sync instructions were not clear which resulted in my having to recreate a lot of products. Once it's synced, I can't really unsynced and that make my back end messy. I ended up deleting products and recreate it. Also had a problem with ordering the sample swatch color shirt in White and Black as suggested by their support. It's a Printful House design (showing all the colors and codes) and not upload by customers. But the black color swatch shirt have all the codes printed in black ink (on a black shirt) which is totally not readable and not usable. I went on support for a few days to get a new one send to us with the codes in white (on a black shirt) so we can match the color codes, and somehow it is all my fault for Printful charging me for a swatch card/shirt that is totally useless. I am NOT IMPRESSED. Printful sold a faulty product here. If you need to get a color code swatch shirt, skip the black one altogether as it is of no value. As the the integration, it works well. Very easy to set up and use. However, it cannot compensate for sometimes long and sometimes short fulfillment time. I have to answer to my customer too and that totally rely on the POD fulfiller's ability to delver as promise and deal with problem as they come up. The app is good, the support to go with it is only so so. Fulfillment time is a bit too long and prices higher than others.

Printiful is an AMAZING app/service to use when you're either 1.) testing out how a product will sell on your website without having to purchase a full inventory of something that may or may not sell 2.) if your company does not keep inventory of the products you sell, printiful handles that for you. Create your designs, list them, and never have to worry about shipping or handling any products. If there is only one negative I can say for Printiful, it is the speed of delivery, but this is to be expected and in no way something within their control.

THIS IS THE ONLY APP I TRUST FOR MY PRIVATE LABEL AND HAND SEWN BRANDED ITEMS. EVEN THROUGH THE PANDEMIC, MY CLOTHES HAVE BEEN MADE ON TIME AND WITH GREAT CARE. RECOMMEND 10/10.

It has bugs, importing the wrong retail price from Shopify, and even directly from the website with manual orders. Happened twice on a total of 3 orders. I ended up paying the customs fee 4 times the real price for my last sample-order! I tried to cancel an order which was not yet printed, they told me it was not possible because it was going to be shipped "right now", and if I ask to cancel my order they would not refund the money paid, in reality, the day after it still wasn't printed yet... what a SCAM!? Customer service giving random replies just to tell something, instead of replying to the specific questions asked to resolve the problems created by their staff. If you order commercial samples they will not declare the products as samples, so the customs will charge you the full retail price, instead of the discounted and regular price. But yeah... then they kindly reply to negative reviews in here, like nothing happened, again! We are going to move all our products to another POD as you clearly showed no interest in keeping your customers and fixing these serious problems you have with your Shopify integration. I see other people complaining about the same exact problem in here, but you don't care at all about us. NOT RECOMMENDED! Even the customs told us that this is not a trustable service.

They have too many overpriced items. For example, I would find a hat that cost £10, which is a fair price, but then would be charged £4 for adding my logo, another £4 for VAT, an additional £4 for shipping and so on. This would eventually leave the price of a average quality hat costing £30 meaning that i have to charge higher. This makes no sense, until they can fix their ridiculous high pricing and 2 week shipping i would consider using something else before using.
