I used them to help me with a few projects in my store and thus far it has been a positive experience. They are a good on-demand option and they will not just print something if it's not going to fit well on the product.

Printful is an awesome POD (Print on Demand) company. With the largest selection of beautiful quality made products to choose from. The dashboard is second to none on layout, user friendly and intuitive, and very easy to navigate. Product template creation, Printful has NO rivals, it is hands down the best!! Just brilliant! With outstanding customer service/support that is responsive and quick to resolve any issues or queries. Printful has its own Facebook page ran by their team and a very active community where you will learn so much, gather great tips and meet other budding entrepreneurs. Printful is my NO 1 choice in POD. Now if we could just have all the products available in Australia :) *please :-)

What a great app. Easy to use, and support a quick and reply with the answers you're looking for. Love the feature that the app are setting up the shipping rates and automatic and put the products in the right places, so no manually work need to be done. Great job to Printify.

I've never had any issues with Printful, and my customers all seem to love the products (t-shirts & tank tops so far). Going to expand to hats, hoodies, and other products soon. Very satisfied.

I submitted a scan of an original cyanotype that's been successfully and precisely color-matched on numerous apparel and paper products by another POD vendor, but the blue in my Printful sample gaiter turned out cobalt blue instead, and showed none of the gradations of the original image. (I have a photo that shows the huge discrepancy, but apparently can't post it here). The file was created according to file guidelines, using color profile sRGB IEC61966-2.1. Yet I was told the print result was "to be considered expected." I am removing the app: I can't use a vendor that can't even remotely match my submitted art.

Hey, Karen! Thank you very much for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the print result on the neck gaiter didn't meet your expectations. Indeed due to the printing method used and the fabric type, heavy cyan tone designs won't match the original print file perfectly. A closer color match can be achieved on different product types such as posters and DTG prints. We sincerely hope that you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. I have been using this app for few years now. The products are great and the fact that you can strengthen your brand with inside tags is even better. I also want to note that customer service has always been exceptional. The team always responds with quickness and with a suitable resolution. The only critique I have is that products are a bit pricey and it would be great if they could lower them to help with our profit margin. Otherwise this is a great app and I highly recommend them.

This app does it all! I decided to install this app because my friend was using it. Wow! The quality on the products is so much better than my other manufacturer that I was using for over 8 years! I love how you can brand your products with your logo on most items. The shipping is so fast my customers are loving it! I highly recommend this app, it's my favorite among 5 other manufacturers I use. You get rewarded the more you sell! The best print on demand app!

Printful has really helped me get my brand to the next level! It is so easy to upload my designs to all the merch, the portal is user-friendly, and being able to integrate into the other sales channels like Etsy & Amazon make it super convenient! If you are new at this watch the printful videos they are super helpful.

So I have used Printful a lot in the past year. In the beginning I had big issues with custoemr care and shipping. It got better after a while. BUT I just placed a 200 pcs caps order and they shipped them 10 caps at a time!! Resulting in 20 packages, meaning me having to track 20 packages in a slow Latvian post system as well as a possible 400 Dollars extra fee as customs charges 20 Dollars each time they process a package. They said they can't pack more than 10 hats at a time which is a lie. I've received bigger orders than that, which I can prove by my past orders. So IF they only have the ability to ship small boxes with 10 caps per box they should have mentioned that in the ordering process. This is so unprofessional, this is an important order for me and I am really upset how this has been handled, how untransparent the process has been and that on top of all of this they lie in my face telling me they cannot ship more than 10 hats at a time!!

Currently, there is a specific max amount of items that would be shipped within one box. If the amount exceeds the maximum number of items per box, the order will be split into multiple shipments and shipped to the customer separately. Please note that the maximum number of items per box, however, differs for each product category. We appreciate you letting us know about these issues. Quite a good easy interface in terms of designing products but a big minus for us is the automatic order routing. For example when picking a product you are informed that it ships from 2 locations in Europe. Then you get an order in Europe and Printful informs you that it is shipping from the USA. Due to automatic routing you do not have the option to change this. I would not recommend this for European orders.

Regarding the fulfillment location, when we receive an order, it is automatically routed to the most convenient fulfillment location based on the product availability, stock, destination, and order queue. There are some products, that are fulfilled only in the US. I recommend referring to the availability tab on each product's page to check whether the specific product variant is available for fulfillment in Europe. The tab can be found by going to our Product catalog -> choose the category -> choose the item and go to its page -> scroll down until you reach "Availability" tab. Website is fairly easy to use, though the app wouldn’t function on its own inside of Shopify, I had to login and use it on Printful’s home page. Which worked and apparently had the same features, but was annoying. On my first sample order, two of three shirts were misprinted, and their print didn’t survive one wash, even though we were sure to follow Printful’s washing guidelines to give them the best chance. To their credit, it was easy to submit a complaint on the situation, the response was prompt, and printful sent us replacements of those two shirts. These were not misprinted, but print quality was clearly still poor, and they, too didn’t hold up to their first wash. I’m a bit baffled that this company is as successful as it is, and that Shopify would recommend it on their print-on-demand tutorial videos? Surely this can’t be the standard experience. Even if I happened to draw a bad hand twice in a row, I don’t like the odds for potential customers. These are products I wouldn’t sell cheap to remote strangers, let alone use to represent my business in person. Here’s to hoping I just had a bad go and this isn’t as scammy as it seems. Maybe they should work on quality control? In the mean time, I’ll pass. UPDATE, REVIEW CHANGED FROM 2 to 3 STARS: I wasn’t going to bother to ask for a refund since Printful had already sent replacements for the misprinted shirts, but they followed up with me after this review and ended up giving me a full refund. In the end we could only guess that the “heathered” t-shirt blends don’t hold the print as well as well as uniform cloth. Understandable, but still a little frustrating that they offer those blends at all if that’s the case. Still, customer service was great and prompt, and with this new info I will cautiously consider them in the future.

So, I decided to leave a review because I just got super annoyed. To say it upfront, printful is not a bad service by any means, but hella expensive and I expect at least some decent service for the costs. So, I basically placed a sample order to check the quality of a product and got my 1x per month 3 item per order discount. Which is a joke in terms of savings considering I don't need the product and it's just a check. Anyways, I realised that I like to check a few different products and contacted their support if the order can be edited and some products can be added. Not possible because already in production (not shipped yet). Well, ok, so I asked for a discount code - Also not possible because I can only order samples once per month. How about the sample discount for 2 other products I still didn't use? Doesn't matter. Ok, fine, doesn't matter do me either, here is your review. What a joke, spend $100 on 2 product samples to check their quality and throw them into some corner afterwards. Could have bought some HUGO BOSS stuff for that price. Edit: This is just getting better, I actually still had an order discount for this month left but the customer support didn't even care to point this out besides all the talking we had. Congrats on terrible customer service. ----------------------------- UPDATE: - It's getting even better, I ordered 2 sample orders and seems like 1 of them got lost after being finally shipped after almost 2 weeks. First order took 10 days overall and on the second order which already almost took 30 days. So I told the support to look into the order and they are like "oh, yeah sorry it's late, yada yada, please wait, deliveries sometimes take longer". A 50% failure quote for me without any replacement offer even if it's obvious how terrible the service was for this order. I had to chuckle when I found out, this company is a bad joke for their outrageous price point. --------------------- Update 2: You guys are hillarious. I understand you're just doing your job here and were told to reply in certain ways but I mentioned that the order was in production for 2 weeks before even being shipped. So even here the response is flawed. Good grief, please let your higher ups know how trashy your companies service is, less struggle with most chinese suppliers I worked with - what is quite an accomplishment in itself.
