It was a bit difficult to understand how Printful works. I'm use to Teesprings' format. I got use to it after a bit of trial and error. Now, I'm more experienced with the workflow & the integrations to the website was quick!

Like learning any new app, it takes a little bit of time to familiarize yourself with the various features. Once you know the app better it's a lot of fun and works so efficiently with other sites like Etsy and Shopify!
The sync between Shopify and Prtintful works like a charm and is really useful. We're using it for wall art and are happy with the quality.

I had a very important question about their socks and all there is a a FAQ's. That's it. In the chat button it simply says ask a question but it just gives you a list of Q and A based on questions they think will be asked. Please list measurements for all your socks. As you know or maybe you don't know but there is an extreme lack of sizing in the entire industry on socks that fit men bigger than a size 10. I have tired them all from all POD companies and none fit my size elven foot without strain and pulling really hard or extra stretching in 5 different angle just to jimmy it onto my foot. I will be reasonable i give 4 stars until i can confirm how big the black foot sublimation socks are.

When you click on it, a pop-up shows you the exact measurements for this product for the US and EU market for both men and women -size XL is 12 - 14.5 for US men. You can also ask such questions in our live chat, the FAQs shown are based on the average data of questions we get asked but you can type in your question and a person will reply. Impossible to deal with them. Way too many shipping issues and they always find an excuse not to send a replacement or issue a refund even though the deadlines have long surpassed the date given, even when the label is the issue which they create. They will always find a way not to help. You are left with angry customers bashing your store because of the greed and incompetence of Printful. They are awful and I am now replacing all my prints. Trust me just don't do it.

It's our goal to provide the best quality services and although shipping issues can happen, it shouldn't be a regular occurrence. We were able to find your on-going communication with us and see that our customer support agent is already in touch with our Shipping team to get more info about the package. We absolutely get how frustrating it can be to wait for a solution, especially in such situations, but we want to do what we can to ensure that such errors don't repeat and the delivery is successful for the reshipment. It works great! Syncing of products is fast and orders are quickly picked up by Printful from Shopify. So far, I haven't had any issues.
So easy to install, great support and range of products. The reporting and revenue breakdown is superb too. 10/10
