I've been working with Printful for over ayear and have the products for 2 stores printed and fulfilled by them. I had a very important package arriving too late at a destination and asked them to reroute it for me at my expense. After much back and forth they refused, in the end it was too much of a hassle for their operations. This isn't the first time I've had frustrating experiences with Printful's customer service. So while the printing is good, the fulfillment has been ok, the customer service is the reason I'm going to Gooten.

My experience with printiful has been good so far. They offer a variety of different options to design your products. The products available are shirts, posters, cell phone cases, mugs etc. Your also able to put custom labels on your shirts to help build your brand. the product quality is also good I ordered a couple shirts to see the quality. I also washed them to see how they hold up after a wash. I am glade to say that even after a wash the shirts still looked good. All of my products are currently made using this service. Products usually arrive within 5-7 days. They also give you a 20% discount on sample products. You can order 3 batches of sample products a month. App works great with Shopify! I just wish the mock up generator was more extensive and that the files were downloadable.

Being that ACS Composite is not an apparel company, Printful makes branding via clothing extremely effortless. The platform is simple to integrate, they handle all the transactions, storing, issuing tracking information to our customers. It is a breeze to us, and requires very little effort once set up. Additionally, the quality of the work exceeded our expectations!

I normally do not write negative reviews but I'm so furious with the horrible fulfillment time that my very first customer is getting, or not getting if you want to get technical. So, basically my very FIRST customer ordered a shirt on Aug. 23rd. It is now Sept. 2nd and the shirt is still in the printing stage. The ship out time on the order says between Aug. 29th & Sept. 1st. So of course now it's the weekend and I suspect at this point it'll be another week. It's come to the point where I feel I have to offer this customer a free product from my other collections due to me and the customers inconvenience. This is completely unacceptable and I keep getting the run around on why it hasn't been printed and shipped yet. They told me the tshirt when printed over 4 times, didn't meet their quality control, but the strange thing is this shirt had been ordered after hers and theirs went out the next day after they ordered it, the same exact Tshirts! No quality issue there. Not to mention that I ordered 3 samples of this exact shirt design and everyone received them in a decent time frame without issue. Incidents like this make me want to try other print on demand services or just print ourselves but I've been trying to be so patient but my patience is running very thin right now. I could see if maybe they offer a print/delivery policy something similar to dominos pizza where if it's not delivered within a certain time frame your pizza is free lol... but nothing! No apology, no rhyme or reason, just nothing except for you and your customers to wait for something they paid for. I've put ship times on my website in regards to lengthy times just as a precaution but it's now been 10 days plus the weekend, plus the Labor Day holiday, and hoping they send it by Tuesday Sept. 4th will put this order at 13 days and that's "IF" they ship it on Tuesday. So messed up, smh.

We are updating our review to 1-star and are convinced that the majority of the reviews here are about the app and have not actually sold anything. Nearly every order has had a mistake. Printful always agrees to fix their mistakes but taking the time to get this right sucks. They don't calibrate printers which is basic operation so consistency problems on the easiest jobs. There is no quality control as a matter of fact it is obvious a person does not even look at the result or the product would not ship. We have made an embarrassing mistake and are removing this ''partner'' and getting back to 100% quality products from Idea Chíc.

So far, everything is awesome! Products are syncing flawlessly, software is much easier to use than any of the other POD sites I've tried, and support has been stellar. My only qualm is that adjusting pricing can be a bit clunky, especially if you're doing it after the initial creation of a product and you have a lot of variants.

Changed my whole business. Also their posters and framed posters are great quality. They also ship with my logo which is really good! Their prices are very high tho.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I saw one of my ads on Facebook and right below it was an ad from Printful asking them about my store and ad. This should not be allowed in the app store and is probably the most unprofessional thing I have seen on Shopify to date.

Great to work with. It can take a while to get from USA to Australia (up to 20 days) but the quality is something I can proudly put my business name on. I especially like the custom packing slips at no extra cost. Shipping rates are fair. I wish they had a currency converter so that I can stop using Google to translate what USD is in AUD. Would love to see this in the future.

READ what they stated in the GUIDELINE FILES . Order samples before you decide to move to AMAZON or something big like that! "Make sure you have held in your hands" "what you are providing to your customers" MIND YOU " your work being printed and handled thru another company". NOTICE .. Leggings "do not line up if your work is symetrical"! When they say that .. they mean it! 99.9 % of the time "YOGA CAPRI or JUST leggings" "on the side" "front or back" "will not line up """at all""" EVER"!! If you report it they will tell you over and over .. its in the guideline files! so good luck! DONT GET ME WRONG "I Still love printful" "due to very few customer service reps that took care of me" Now HAVE TO SAY Printing Quality at PRINTFUL is INCREDIBLE !!!! The leggings material is SICK so GOOD .. only issue is lining up ! You guys loose 2 stars being I had to send 5 emails to get one pair of leggings replaced;

Edit: Since writing the review underneath I have been contacted by some supportive and caring customer care agents. They have also informed me that Printful are currently in the process of opening a European Centre to avoid EU customs charges (see below). The actual opening date is still unclear. Printful do not state VAT or correct product value on packages = Extra customs charges & VAT which have been crippling my business and customer retention (eg. a €40 hoodie will be charged an additional €19.50). Unbelievably bad customer service. One agent in particular, who twice I had the misfortune of having to deal with. There is absolutely no care for the customer.
