BEWARE! After doing business with this company for nearly 2 years, since they began they suddenly started fulfillment in the EU, Latvia and now I have to pay the VAT expenses when my customers purchase from that territory out of the US. Not cool! If you're a US company and you spend all your marketing and customer acquisition costs and then send them to purchase Printful's products, they make 100% of their money, but as the store we then have to either make very little or in some cases, we actually paid money and I'm not in the business to lose money, so I'm pulling all my skus from them and going to their competitor who does have this opt-out function. It's too bad!

App is working well. I like that Printful prints both in USA and Europe so the Customs is not a problem as before. Printful, please can you add SOL's Imperial t-shirts to your products please?

If you are looking to build your brand with an apparel line then PrintFul is the way to go. I have tried Printify which have a few more options however there is no consistency with them. PrintFul is a little pricer but I never question the quality of print, material or care from these guys. PrintFul does everything in house and has put a lot of money into their equipment (1.5 million in 2017 and the exclusively use Kornit printers which are the industries leading printers to date.) to ensure quality everytime and that’s why your margins are going to be a little lower. However I choose quality before quantity and these guys always deliver.

Works great. Very easy way to get started in the merch business with very little overhead required by the seller.

Great service for print-on-demand items. Integration with Shopify is pretty much seamless.

I'm no longer doing business with Printful because of the way they treat customers who wear extended sizes. It shouldn't take over two weeks to receive a t-shirt order if you wear a 2x. Either offer extended sizes in the same way you offer all sizes, or skip them altogether. Don't make the false promise that you're inclusive when the reality is you have an outdated bias that only adds to body shaming and treating plus sizes as "less-than". It's insulting to my customers that their size is not even kept in stock and has to be special ordered.

Its a great tool. I enjoy the freedom its gives, it will be even more powerful with a few tweeks

Great integration of images to products. One thing i would recommend is more products of hats and stickers.

i am very happy with this service, quick turn around and i even had a european order, i am very impressed!! LOVE the super simple way of making mock ups and getting client orders!!!
