They dropped the entire brand I was using without telling me. Help is friendly, but they are not there to help real issues, they are just 'OK, Sorry, I will feed that back, ok? "Anything else" ' Answers. They also have a limit on how many colours x size you want. So do not think you can make an empire. You need to have many colors or many sizes, your choice.
Hello! Thank you for your honest feedback. We absolutely understand that product discontinuation and limited availability might be frustrating for you. We constantly evaluate each product in our catalog and sometimes have to make the decision to stop offering some of our products. The most common discontinuation reasons usually are: the product variants are slow-selling and unpopular, our suppliers are discontinuing the product, or have unreliable stock. I really enjoy the printful: Print on demand the integration with products to my store website and my etsy shop have been smoother than I could have asked for. I love how simple it is to find and design my own items. I wish there were a few more options for some such as water bottles, sticker, youth clothing etc. But overall very happy.

Love it, there's some little bugs sometimes with mockup generation and sometimes tracking numbers don't get transferred to shopify orders (only like 5% of the time) but overall Printful is legendary and has helped me so much with turning my creativity and ideas into reality, seeing people wearing my art and using my art around the world. Couldn't thank you enough <3

Very high quality service. The only issues in my case are shipping time in Italy, too many days... and the creation of variants in the Design Editor can be better.

The current situation in the world still has greatly affected the shipping times, and while we see some improvements, some shipments can take a bit longer to be delivered as well. We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but once they're handed over to the carriers, it's up to their sorting center capacity because carrier and postal operations are separate entities from our own. We hope that soon these shipping delays will decrease. We truly appreciate your patience during this time!

I've just finished completing my first order and I will admit, it was not that straight forward to setup the fulfillment details. Additionally, the fulfillment process identified Latvia as the closest location??? I'm in the US and it sounds like I will be waiting a while for this. I am doing this order for myself to test the service before fully opening my shop so I'm concerned that I might need to find another service if the order is greatly delayed.

Please note that the item you chose can be fulfilled only in two of our facilities - Latvia and the UK. You can see this information in the product catalog under the Availability tab for this product. While we do our best to offer all of our products in all our facilities, it depends on the suppliers available in the area. Thank you for understanding. The fulfillment process for this order has already started, so we hope to ship it out as soon as possible. As you noted, the delivery speed for international orders may take time but we are working with different carriers to ensure the fastest delivery possible. You can always track the order via the tracking link when the package is sent out.
