The product prices allow us to ensure and constantly improve a variety of our services, product development, offer technical and customer support, as well as other services. We pride ourselves in the high quality products and prints we offer, which is why we are truly saddened to hear that you have experienced several quality concerns with your orders. The issues you mentioned with print quality should not have passed our quality check. Since all steps of the fulfillment process are done by human hand, mishaps can sometimes occur, although we do understand that is is not an excuse for sending our products with visible quality concerns. This is why we also offer to easily submit problem reports on your orders, in case you have encountered an issue with the order, so we could assist you as fast as possible. Our products should also not develop holes after the first wash, that is certainly not to be expected. We'll follow up with your last problem report for some additional details and hope that we can assist you with these concerns! - Vita

I wanted to let you know that you can disable most of the notifications we send out by going to your Printful Dashboard > Settings > Notifications. You are right, we do offer the option to delete any product that is listed on your store from our app, but this can only be done manually, by accessing your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync, selecting a product and clicking on "Delete". You will also see a pop-up to confirm that you would like to remove the product from both your Printful dashboard and your Shopify store. We strongly suggest not deleting products you would like to keep on your Shopify store. I can assure you that this type of action would not happen automatically, or as a response to a purchased order.
