This App is Great so far!... Products came out like it looked and customer service has been GREAT and fast!... and Helpful!... Just waiting for free digitizing again!:) Definitely recommend this app for beginners to Vets!..

The bench mark - Period. Customer service is perfect, the integration is brilliant. I've been selling apparel online for nearly a year and these guys are the best (I've used 4 different printers). The only ways I can think to improve would be if their print area was increased on the back of tees (I could then completely move all my designs to them). Also, more product availability in Europe. Would also be nice to see a low profile, 6 panel trucker cap (military operator style). with these minor points addressed I would never need to use anyone else other than prihtful!

Printful is one of the easiest apps to use and their products are top notch, especially their pillows. I have used their service on multiple different platforms and only ever had one problem that they immediately fixed. (A t-shirt was sewn wrong and they were very quick to replace it.) Customer service is always prompt with answers. If you are new to drop shipping your own designs, this company should be your first choice.

One of the better apps on the market and I just trust them more because they've been around for so long and have good reviews from others. The only really annoying thing about them is that you can't merge iPhone and Samsung cases under the same product, I have to download all the images and merge them manually being at risk of human error and getting the sku wrong. Also, wish there was somewhere in the product creation process that you could change the weight. Would be amazing if you could provide PSD mockups too. But other than that, I'm happy.

I've used Printful for 4 years and while their Shopify integration and online interface is top notch, easy to use and far superior to their competitors, their products and service are a mixed bag. You definitely have to test individual items and stay on top of every order. Some things, like their unframed prints, are great. Other things, like their shirts, are not a quality I could comfortably charge anyone money for. Still others, like hats, are sometimes great, and sometimes bad. Their biggest struggles seem to be customer service and shipping, which have gone drastically downhill in the last year. Customer service, if for anything more than a replacement for a faulty order, often seems to have language issues in understanding details and situations, leading to days of back and forth before getting resolved or given up. Packages often take longer to deliver and seem to disappear for a day or two in the midst of tracking their progress, especially since they have switched to DHL. Orders from California are almost always good, those from North Carolina often seem to have more problems. When an order arrives faulty, they do make it up quickly with a replacement or refund. That said, these are the big guys with tons of customers. They've been around longer than their competitors and aren't going anywhere, but it feels like they keep growing and somehow never get over their growing pains. They aren't awful; they're worth using, but be sure to test each product first, and don't rely on them as your only product source.

I have custom designs printed and i like the ease of use but my shirts came printed crooked. Very disappointed. How can i in good faith ask my customers to purchase crooked tees??
