É inegável que o custo dos produtos oferecidos pelo Printful é aproximadamente 65% maior em comparação com outras plataformas brasileiras de print-on-demand. Este fato é lamentável, mas gostaria de destacar que a integração e o desempenho geral da plataforma são notáveis. Recentemente, adquiri uma amostra de um produto impresso através do Printful, e tenho que admitir que a qualidade da impressão não atendeu completamente às nossas expectativas. No entanto, é importante mencionar que o tecido utilizado foi aceitável em termos de qualidade. A qualidade do serviço que recebemos, a facilidade de uso da plataforma e a confiabilidade na execução de pedidos têm sido pontos altos em nossa colaboração com o Printful. Mock up generator is extremely slow, support is not very skilled and Branding Options are limited

I love the concept, I would prefer more control over placement, size, and materials used. Overall, the concept is excellent! I can't comment on the quality as I have yet to make a sale from doing the print-on-demand with Printful.

Increasing my original rating from two to three stars because Printful has made the print files available on paid orders and I appreciate the time they took to respond. Pros: the design interface is easy to use to make product templates. The packaging once it is sent to your customer is customized with your brand. Cons: Shipping is not optimal, think about two weeks from order, and it is expensive. There doesn't seem to be any option for expedited shipping unless you are using manual orders. The models for some of their mock-up shots are in awkward positions that don't really showcase the product, or the models are wearing clothing over the product in the mock-ups. You can only download print files that use Printful's free design elements, if you have a paid order for that product. The sizing charts that import to your store for many of the clothing products are based on measurements taken of the product if it is laying flat, including the chest measurement. This makes no sense. Most clothing size charts offer circumferential measurements, its best to build your own using Shopifies MetaFields

Expedited shipping option is available only for manual orders, Shopify’s “Shopify” and “Advanced” plan users. The prices are based on real-time pricing of the carrier, but this option is available when specific technical requirements are meant from the platform (how it is for specific plans). We do our best to upload new mockups as regularly as possible and we take into consideration all feedback provided from our customers. You can also upload your own mockups to your store or use a third-party mockup generator to better showcase the items you offer. Please note that print files can now be downloaded from paid orders in your Printful dashboard. Thank you for sharing your concerns about the sizing charts. This information is provided by the manufacturers and in most cases you can see both - measurements of the product laid flat and the body measurements to ensure the best possible fit. I first started printful in 2019, because they made dropshipping easy, they are trustworthy and they have one of the best apps easily. However, I am taking branding more seriously and i realize printful becomes less and less useful for anybody who wants to brand their clothes. 1. I find shirts that only offer outside labels. That means, you have your logo on the outside and another brands logo on the inside. That's like having nike on the outside and adidas on the inside. That's brand confusion. 2. And those same apparel models are offered by other dropshippers with the option to remove or peel away the inside tags and add your own tag. Why in the world would i pay for an outside below the collar print, when you still have the inside tag from another brand? Would you trust a person if they told you their real name was Paul, but then you see their ID and it says Jeff? I am literally trying to use printful even though they are more expensive. But they don't take branding seriously imo. I moved printful up to 3 stars because they have excellent delivery track record and makes dropshipping easy, especially for beginners. But we would love to have the inside tag sorted out somehow.
Hi! Thank you for sharing your concerns. Indeed, some products don't have the option to add an inside label, only an outside one for your logo. We are offering various different products in our catalog and while most of our customers are store owners, we still want to offer more product options for everyone and the tear-away label depends on the manufacturer and our agreement with the supplier. We continue adding more products with branding option. We sincerely appreciate your patience! Prices in the industry have overall increased due to inflation, but we still offer various features for free (mockups, support, design generator, designs and cliparts). We're thankful for the feedback you have provided!

The prices for products are so high it's impossible to make a decent profit margin without buying in bulk.

Printiful is great but the people they hire to do the work are terrible. All hoodies look cheap, have threads popping out and some of the samples and clothing clients are getting are actually damaged and stained. Not goo for business since you do charge a lot and clients are paying a lot

these two apps are perfect but the COST for their service IS ASTRONOMICAL -_- I don't understand why they charge sooo much. Hopefully the prices decrease

Some of the meta data imported to Shopify is inaccurate, e.g. iPhone cases import the model variants as "sizes" when they should be named "Model".
Hi! Thank you for sharing your concern. Indeed, phone models are added as sizes automatically since we push either sizes or color options for our products. You can also manually create the listing in your Shopify first, creating the "model" variant and then manually sync these variants on Printful. It's a bit of a workaround but that way you can ensure that instead of sizes, your customers can choose models. However, please know that we are constantly working on improvements and we aim to make store management and product adding as easy as possible, so that might change in the future. Very expensive for everything, You should really start thinking about selling directly to the owners where we can ship our own products and supplies. You are having people ship for us and the times i have ordered stuff the shirts have stains, or bags that are supposed to be clear the color of gray (Dirty )

I don't understand how we do not have stock all the time for products - every time we create something with stock you have - before even selling it - you are out or discontinued.....this does not help a growing business succeed.

A good app for integrating products in Canada, it helps ship out products fast especially with the postal service. I would've given them five stars if they didn't halt orders because product designs didn't meet standards. This impediment can at times require you to use a different supplier. But good app

fix it to where we can edit design and update the changes to shopify listing. Make it a lot easier to make edits to clothes

However, you can also make some changes in Printful like changing the design, editing the price, and changing mockups. There are certain technical limitations to what can be done now but we are always working on improvements! - Renate

Ein paar Produkte sind sehr teuer und haben eine optisch nicht ganz so gute Qualität. Ganz negatives Feedback geht leider in die viel zu lange Lieferzeit.
