Your feedback is amazing! 💛 Thank you for sharing it with us! 😊✨
Easy to sign up, easy to add stuff and order a sample. but when a supplier makes a mistake in shipping they won't refund you. "Oh the policy is 30 days 45 days" yeah yeah why don't you guys show us the policy before I make a payment? and why don't you guys back up the users when the mistake is from the supplier? well, no problem here, a company who cannot properly ship a shirt from Us to Canada is not worth at all. BE AWARE!!

It's amazing how you can link both accounts (Shopify and Printify) to produce and sent the orders.

So far, so good. I've been working with it for less than 24 hours and my sample orders are already on their way to me! Added products to Shopify and integrated it pretty easily. Only problem was getting the shipping profiles correctly synced for free shipping. Think I have it figured out now, fingers crossed.
Thanks for sharing your experience! 😊 We're thrilled things are off to a great start and that you’ve integrated with Shopify smoothly. If you have any trouble with shipping profiles, feel free to reach out, we’re here to help 💚!
Very easy to navigate. So far, integrates easily with no issues.

Printify is a very good platform and I was quite impressed of how easy and "reliable" it was... until international shipping came along. They are the worst at shipping and my order is taking ages to arrive. 1+ month is a delivery time no customer will be happy about.
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your concerns with international shipping. 💚 According to our shipping information, international shipping can take 15-30 business days depending on the destination and the print provider. We can see that your order is still on its way, but please note that our team has already refunded the full cost of the order on October 27th. We understand how important timely deliveries are, and we kindly encourage reviewing the shipping timeframes before placing orders to better manage expectations. If you have any further questions or concerns, our support team is here to assist you. Thank you for your understanding! 🙏✨

The learning curve is a bit steep - some functions are not intuitive for beginners.
