Iβm still learning, but so far so good! I know the online chat support is extremely helpful! Hale fixed all my issues and helped me understand what I was doing to be a better, more informed user! Iβm excited to start my productions with them!

Their help is TOP NOTCH EVERY TIME! They always strive to solve issues i always have and I could recommend other prin companies but PRINTIFY IS THE BEST! thanks and BTW your mockup program is waay better and more simple than PRINTFUL!

I am new to Printify and have been running into little issues, and I am sooo tired of reading help articles. So, I was not happy that the Help Bot kept sending me articles to read. However, I understand about controlling call volume. Once I was connected to a live agent, it was smooth runnings. Margie was very helpful and, yes, she did send me links to try (LOL) but somehow I felt better knowing I was talking to a human being. I am pleased with my first time reaching out to Printify.

The quality of printing was really poor. fuzzy and unclear one of the sweatshirts looked had been used as it had some pilling.

The service reps in Chat are always super helpful and resourceful, or promise to get back. Frank Evans and Ian Nate your service is much appreciated. I gave 4 stars because of frustration with a function in my account not working when I received an email to annouce it.
