I would neither recommend or otherwise, as POD is for those who really want to pursue it, as no app can do this for you. That said, this 60 year old grandmother, finally got to listing several products, after much procrastination, panic, frustration, and fear of the unknown. I won't lie, all tech which involves skills unknown to me terrify me, so I won't pretend I find the app easy to Use. This, I believe is a generational issue the Silver Surfers such as myself will need to overcome, if they want a straightforward online business. After eventually finding a You tube superstar who didn't glibly insist that everything they were about to show me was '' really easy '' ( I freeze and give up at this point, as I have found such fast talking Millenial types anything but easy to follow), I have amazed myself with being 9 steps away from having my own online shop ready for customers ! And it has taken about six weeks from viewing the video, till now, but here I am, still pushing on, at least with some progress After telling myself to literally calm down, and after repeating instructions from my video super hero several times, I can now navigate select sections with ease and confidence ( on a strictly need to know basis ). So the ease of use of the app for me, depends on when you were born, one's online exposure, and level of desire to succeed. The latter, with independent or Printify in - house videos should make all the differences. If you want to, then you can. Simples.

The service reps in Chat are always super helpful and resourceful, or promise to get back. Frank Evans and Ian Nate your service is much appreciated. I gave 4 stars because of frustration with a function in my account not working when I received an email to annouce it.

Printify is very easy to use and their customer service has been very responsive when I've had any issues. The pricing can take a bit to understand when it comes to the profit margin. You have to remember to add the production price and shipping price to determine what you're actual profit will be. It would help if the profit would be based off the shipping and production price combined.

Very good and intuitive integration with Shopify! Customer Service is very good too, really. I think there are still some things to improve for a better user experience but generally I am very satisfied at the moment (apart one bug reported and not solved). Thank you

Hi I've been getting messages on my Shopify store saying that Printify is no longer supported, and that the developer needs to update the app to keep it running and working properly. When Can Printify update the app?

Good Customer service. London was very helpful. The app is easy to use and the pricing is good. This is a good platform for print-on-demand t-shirts. For My hoodies, I need more quality control. I started using another platform because the designs were fading quickly after washing. I liked that you could add different colors to your designs on dark vs. white shirts. I would like to have a link once I publish a design to go directly to Shopify to edit my template. Also, there needs to be a way to offer different variants of designs on the same color shirt to reduce having too many products on the website.

I love this app it is very easy to use but the only thing I hate is that they barely have sweatpants and the aop ones are trash and take 4 weeks to come and the lane steven sweatpants you can only print the design on the back pocket which is pretty dumb. Great app but they need more sweatpants. Please fix this.

Printify is a great website and tool for designing and drop-shipping all kinds of interesting products. It has a nice interface for Store catalogs and design tool. However, we are giving 4 stars for 1 reason...they don't accept SVG files over 20 MB. We are fine artists and high resolution images of our art produces large SVG files, and you need these for large prints (e.g. 36" sq). In our case 20MB SVG gets us about 10% of our catalog whereas a 50MB limit would cover 97% of our files. So for fine art prints at large sizes, they are not there yet. But we hope to encourage them to make this change ! A cool app nonetheless...

App is great, It doesn't hold profit margin when vendor raises their price. otherwise would be 5 star.

I am overall happy with my experiences with Printify and the help I have received. I would like to suggest that your monthly statement includes profits and margins. As a company that give a % of profits to charitable organisations, having a profit statement would be very helpful. Many thanks

I was a long time siting on the fence with Printify, but decided to add a product, and was pleased with how smooth the flow of the process was. And the variety of products and flexibility to choose production locations is a big time asset. My only gripe is with the horrible stock images. Not asking for the world but some of those are less than acceptable.

My first ecommerce experience and it has been generally positive. The good: 1. The system works - creating products, publishing to shopify, etc. 2. Customer service response is crazy fast and honestly I usually get the responses I want 3. I am a new, little guy but I have gotten some personal attention telling me they are focused on the long-term relationship Stuff To Work On: 1. I need 4XL and 5XL, but I think my only current way to reasonably do it is to add new separate products in those sizes with a different printer. Possible, but clunky. 2. More financial visibility - CSV export of order details and running daily/ monthly totals on COG, sales tax collected, etc.

At the moment, we have options for 4XL and 5XL sizes, but not every Print Provider has these, like you mentioned. Our team is working to expand the available sizes for our products, and hopefully more providers will have these size options in the near future. As for the reports - these are some great suggestions, we'll pass them on to our team for possible future implementation. :)

Technical help and customer service help are the best part of this app. As for the operations and features they could use a better rerouting-out of stock process and the mockups for shirts could be a better selection. Overall I love this app and the actual ease of using it.
