Ridiculously slow support response times. I have been waiting 4+ days for a reply to a support ticket related to poor print quality reported by customers. In the meantime, we continue to take orders not knowing if there's a problem with the artwork or the print network providers. They claim 24/7 support, but I think 24/7 is how many days/weeks it may take for a response. How does a business survive in 2026 with customer service this poor?
Sorry you’ve been stuck waiting this long. We understand how important it is to get faster updates, and we always try our best to help as fast as possible. Some cases take longer because they need to be checked with production partners, but we agree the communication should be better. We’ll pass this feedback along to the team 💙!
Production process is too slow. I need faster. Not 2-5 days.

The overall experience is pretty good. But I think the app lack some features aiming to more control over how to organize collections of products. The app should have the possibility for grouping products in folders or collections. This way users can have more control on how we organize and access the products we create.

there's some things that I wish I had a little more say about the mock ups ,the blanket upside down on the couch the painting print 10x8 that has no business over a desk on a wall it is so tiny it looks dumb and not a good example of showing the work it is seriously to small that should be called a desk print.
