Printify: Print on Demand
All reviews
Printify is very good, they have a lot of great products and they do a good job printing them. I think though that they should require their printing partners to be more fair with the shipping costs. When they require fair shipping prices from their print providers such as MWW then they will earn my 5th star. Recently they also got rid of all the jewelry and I had the stuff in my shop but no notifications about it at all. So to recap good but not anywhere near amazing. I personally believe that over charging for shipping in order to gouge the people selling your product is a bad way to do business. So thank you for the reply and I look forward to seeing actual results.
We truly appreciate your feedback. We are already working on improving the shipping costs and we hope that in the near future that costs will be lowered for some specific items. We will also take into consideration your feedback regarding notification when an item is discontinued and next time we will try to communicate it better. Best of luck with your sales and if you need any help, do not hesitate to contact us anytime.
So far so good. Been a bit stop start on this, finally making the leap. Lots of information coming through. Possibly a bit too early to comment as ive literally just authorised my account
Good day, We are glad that the start with us was a good one. Since everything is new for you, please don't hesitate to contact us anytime if will have some inquires. Looking forward to having long-term collaboration with you further on. Best of luck with your sales.
I want to say thank you to Arthur from Printify, who reached out to me on the phone to resolve the issue i had with my sample order. I got refunded on the 2 T-shirts that I wasn't satisfied with and also my account was with $66.18 for the delay. Thank you Printify, I look forward to getting my sample T-shirts that have been shipped and hoping everything comes out well.
Hello, We are very sorry for issues with the print quality and delivery times, but we want to let you know that we are willing to make it up to you. As our agents have already mentioned, in order for us to perform a refund, we need a good quality picture of the damaged product. In what concerns the delivery times, the ETA for European orders is 10-18 business days, and technically, your order is still within the time frame. Nevertheless, one of our managers will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to make things right for you.
This app presents some challenges... printing things correctly can sometimes be off depending on the printer you've chosen. Some of the ink at certain shops can be thin. I had a red shirt with a white logo and all the white was red... but a representative got a hold of me to fix the issue. I'd say it's important to talk with the support in order to fix any sample print problems.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with us, however, you never reach out to us regarding any quality issues, so we did not have the chance to make things right. Nevertheless, one of our agents will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to discuss the issue and see how we can make it right.
Printify is great for most things and has a nice clean UI and good customer service, but the embroidery on the hats and beanies were a bit lackluster, I wasn't impressed by the quality. Overall though one of the better POD companies out there.
I use printify to sell products with my original artwork on them, I love how easy the website is to use and the customer service is fantastic. I would give a 5 star rating, my only gripe, and it's pretty big, is the shipping costs and fees make it very hard to make any profit off my items. The cost of the items is high, and to stay competitive and cost effective I add my markup to the item, but after printify takes their cut and the cost of shipping is added it's hardly worth it. I'm still trying to figure out a way to make it work for me.
When it comes to print on demand, you will probably have some type of issues regardless of which company you decide upon. I've had a few problems with Printify and in most cases, these issues were resolved. As a business owner, it's up to you to stay on top of things to ensure that their errors don't cost you. If nothing else, Printify has a better selection of products than their competitors. The design upload process is easy and the mockups are well done.
I'm just getting started but I like the fact that it is not linked to just one supplier
i think its a great app and tool to create. jump in and start learning how to make your dreams and thoughts come to life.
Had a couple of order, good quality of the produced items and still learning the ins and out of it and have to checkout all the items
Honest review: The designer tool is very easy to use and integrate into the shop. However, they aren't available to chat during normal business hours (I live in the United States), which I find odd. Secondly, setting up shipping rates for Printify and non-Printify items is extremely, extremely difficult and I have been working with Shopify to try and solve this problem for 2 days now. Still no fix. Printify, since they aren't open during normal business hours, hasn't been able to help. This has been the biggest issue. Overall I give them 4/5 because the integration and the design is very user-friendly and simple. The shipping is just hard to set up, even when using the Printify calculator, if you're attempting to sell both Printify & non-Printify items.
I'm updating my previous review because the upgrade fixed some of the complaints I've had with their design system.Like being able to make the pricing uniform across colors and sizes. Yay for listening! It's much easier to use now but there are still things that could use work - like the Leave a Message button to contact them is right on top of the save button. The Tag issue still needs work. Every other program can separate by tabs but this one requires hitting Return instead and you cannot copy and paste which is a big pain to have to retype tags on similar products. The upgrade also wiped out all of the Tags I had added in Shopify so now I have to go back and retype every single tag again (see lack of copy and paste feature above) but I am glad to see they are improving their app. I hope it continues.
