Terrible Support & System Bug Ignored Printify flagged valid customer addresses and phone numbers as “invalid,” blocking order fulfillment. After hours with support, I was told to “use another provider” instead of anyone investigating the issue. This wasn’t a user error — it was clearly a system glitch between Printify Choice and their hidden print provider. Yet no one took ownership, no escalation was provided, and the order remains stuck. If your business relies on dependable fulfillment and real support when things go wrong, beware — Printify leaves you stranded.

I’ve ordered a sample of two designs and the sweatshirt quality wasn’t as I’d hoped for. The coloring of the onesie design wasn’t what I wanted either, but redownloading designs and hoping for a better outcome with the next samples
