A very useful tool for analyzing competitors in the market. it also fed us with healthy data for budget analysis. In addition, we were very relieved that the sales representative answered all our technical questions. We look forward to your new developments.. :)

We use the Prisync App to get up-to-date with our pricing. We used to do our competitor pricing analysis manually and it was so tedious and time consuming. It has saved us so much time and the reporting system is excellent. We also like that it is fully integrate with our online store. The best thing about Prisync though is not so much that they have an excellent working system. It is their customer support that really makes them stand out amongst other software companies in the market. I especially find Seda absolutely helpful and very informative. I have never used Prisync before and she has been wonderfully patient in explaining the step-by-step process. Excellent product and the best Customer Service!!!

The app overall is good and it works properly. Special mention for the customer service, that was really good. The customer service provided as much help as possible at the beginning to help you use and understand the app.

We are a small independent so keeping up with competitor pricing is time consuming, so this app is a must if you have comparable products sold in many other competitors, There are many options to go through and the team at Prisync were always there to help in the background even doing a lot of the work for you if you get stuck, I would recommend taken some time with Ercan at Prisync as he is so helpful and then you can get the app working for you, letting you know who is cheaper and allowing you to react fast, you can even set the price to automatically change if you wish. Thank you Ercan for all your help so far :)

Tool does what it does and support is very good. I compared different tools before choosing this one, I chose them because of the quick and friendly professional support. Yesterday I made a big mistake, I accidently removed all products from the system... They were fast to recover my mistake from a backed. Very pleasant to work with

Very easy to use and has amazing service. It is great to get a full view of what your competitors are up to and having all of the historical information to hand is amazing.

App is very intuitive and easy to use! 24/7 Support is very useful and reply quickly, special mention to Ercan who was very porfessional and knowledgeable when supporting our implimentation of the app and answering any queries - he even provided an introductory training video call.
