This app has been great. It's been really easy to set up, not only the basic visibility of the market but also the dynamic price too. It has also been nice to have an actual person to talk things through with and ask lots of questions, Ercan has been excellent at thoroughly answering them all via the live chat, video call tutorials and emails.

This is app is very good! it helps us keep track of our our competitors, and it makes changes to our prices automatically within certain rules we set in the program. This is a game changer for us. The support is also very good and responsive. Highly recommended!

I tested this App out and it does everything you need it to do. my only criticism is you van track price via SKU. but i will be defanatly be using this app once i'm finished fixing my store.

This app is great at keeping an eye on the competitors pricing and staying one step ahead to automatically update my shopify stores pricing so that I stay competitive. With thousands of products, this task would be impossible to do manually. And the best thing about it is that it is integrated with shopify, so there is no manual importing of cost and retail prices of your products, it's all done for you. To top it off, customer support from Ercan was amazing and held my hand to help set up the software and answer any questions I had. Great work

I would give it 10 starts if I could. This app is truly amazing. If you have a store with a lot of products with different price points you do need this app to be competitive in the market. The app tracks the prices from different websites and compares them with your prices and gives you a suggested price! It would take hours to do that manually. This app does it all for you. We are very happy with it Also, their customer service is the best. They are very helpful and professional. They will go over and beyond to help you and solve your problem.

We have been using Prisync with Magento for 5 years before we migrated our store to Shopify on which we have been using Prisync for over a year. We continue to use Prisync as our main price management engine, and the Shopify app makes it much easier to use this powerful tool. We have also began using the API services to create value added services for our vendors and store visitors. The support team have always been very responsive, and this trend has only improved over the years. A brilliant app for any business in a competitive market. This app was one of the reasons I decided to migrate my entire website to Shopify. It solves the frustrating issues of price monitoring and also allows dynamic pricing. Over and above the awesome functionality, the app is quite user friendly and the support team is incredibly helpful.

Prisync offers outstanding solution to price tracking. A lot of automatic features like Smart Pricing and Automatching, which not other apps here on Shopify could offer. It saves me thousands of working hours. Wishing the price could be more affordable and hoping more new features to come. We were a bit skeptical about the App based on the pricing, however, when we tested it, it out performed the previous App we were using as it synchronises all our products without our inserting it one after the other. Its graphical illustration gives us an overview of our store position with regards to our competitor. I would definitely recommend it. Keep up the good work!

Thank you to Prisync and their team for making the necessary updates to their App. They kept their word and we use this App everyday to save money and make more money!!! Thank you!! Update to previous review. Since posting, the CEO of this app has been in contact with me and has assured me that they are now taking the necessary steps towards API automation. Once that is complete, this will truly be an invaluable tool for monitoring competitor pricing. I greatly appreciate a fellow entrepreneur taking such a vested interest in his customers. 5 stars once automation is complete! Used for some time, however once I realized that it was not automatically updating new products and you had to manually enter them it became useless. We add products weekly and cannot put another task on our team. I believe in automation and will only work with developers who build in the automation. I am more than willing to pay for it! Also, they no longer accept paypal and I don't like doing drafts outside of the United States. This is a much needed service and unfortunately, there is not allot of options yet.
