I downloaded their app to see if it would help. I did not have a chance to use it and I was charged $199. When I scan through the app store and find apps I want to try there should be a place to keep them until I'm able to use

I can't rate the on-boarding and support team more highly. I was looking to move from my current price checking provider Price2spy and after doing quite a bit of research and comparison I came across Prisync. I found they offered the right balance between functionality and value for money. The main reason for choosing these guys is the ease of use of their system and speed of integration. Even with some of the extra complications with my website and custom bundles the on-boarding team were able to quickly understand the issues and provide a suitable solution. I have no reservation in recommending these guys to anyone looking for an automated price tracking system.

This app is helping us to keep tabs on a market that fluctuates constantly and allows us to be price concious, when we have to, without the costs of a big team, that we don't have, keeping an eye on the market everyday. The customer service team was super helpful and wanted us to find value with the service and app. We are a very small team and most teams of our size are forced to use only DIY service without a dedicated rep to work with. Prisync had dedicated reps on our account, and their live chat feature was great. There was a definite learning curve to use this service but once we set up pricing rules to track our competitors, we had a good understanding each day of pricing issues and could update our products accordingly.
