Being a new Shopify store in a competitive market (sports supplements) I am up against some big players and need to ensure my pricing is competitive to attract customers. Being also new to the world of e-commerce my knowledge wasn't the greatest and trying to understand what app's will work best for me has been a bit of a minefield. Whilst other app's talk about their service levels and support, I have not found one as good as the team supporting Dynamic Pricing Optimization. Through every step of the way they have been brilliant in answering all my questions and ensuring I have full understanding of their services and what they can do to assist my business. I cannot recommend this App and this team highly enough. Thank you for the great service and support in getting my business off the ground.

The product is very useful and provides a competitive advantage which allows us to be on top of our competitors on the market. Special thanks to Ercan who did his best to provide us with the bespoke solution we needed. All features are awesome for instance the shopping channel setting manages to identify and show all possible products listed by the competitors, which saves a lot of time in market research, but the real benefit for us was the bespoke functionality which provided us with the much-needed option to manually add links from competitors we've found online (e.g. products listed under different brand names etc.). Overall, a brilliant product that offers everything that a modern e-commerce company would need to be able to make informed decisions about its digital marketing strategy. I highly recommend this product!

PriSync's dynamic pricing option has helped us stay ahead of our competitors. We are yet to explore the new features added recently; however, with our experience, we have no doubt that it would help us explore better. While using an application, it is also imperative that we are getting adequate support, which in PriSync's case is amazing. PriSync has an amazing support team working under highly skilled account managers and we would like to mention that we really appreciate the support received from our Account Manager, Mr. Mustafa who possess great skills handling with customers, whether it is a newly onboarded client or an existing client, his professional approach helping clients has been commendable. Great experience all round - the trial period was more than enough time to understand how the solution could benefit our business. Ercan was very helpful throughout the setup period and was always on hand to answer questions that I had. Prisync takes all of the heavy lifting out of what was an extremely labour intensive task to ensure our pricing was competitive. The dynamic price rules mean that we can ensure that we are never missing out on any sales to competitors whilst remaining profitable. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic app, takes all the leg work out of checking prices manually which gives are company more time to focus on servicing our customers. I got to deal Ercan from the team and he was very polite, helpful and showed me step my step how to use the app to maximize making profit on the products we sell. I am really looking forward to use this product going forward.
