We use this app on 1500+ products, and it's mostly useful. In terms of Shopify it works flawlessly. Technical support is doing an amazing work as well.

This app is helping us to keep tabs on a market that fluctuates constantly and allows us to be price concious, when we have to, without the costs of a big team, that we don't have, keeping an eye on the market everyday. The customer service team was super helpful and wanted us to find value with the service and app. We are a very small team and most teams of our size are forced to use only DIY service without a dedicated rep to work with. Prisync had dedicated reps on our account, and their live chat feature was great. There was a definite learning curve to use this service but once we set up pricing rules to track our competitors, we had a good understanding each day of pricing issues and could update our products accordingly.

Amazing support, easy to use and seems to be doing the job we wanted it for. Cant wait to see how this improves our store. The new variant option so you can apply the price to the rest of the variants was a massive help.

Fantastic product, a real good tool to have in your box that lets you see the true market position of your products. The customer service is Excellent with virtually instant response, unlike some apps where you end up waiting days for a technical response. Wow! what an incredible tool. This is saving me many hours a month. I have tons of SKUs and checking prices, ensuring margins, etc. was hugely time consuming. This app made it so easy to stay competitive on price across all of my products. I love you guys! Also, Sanda is the best :)
