still trying to work with the app but decided to review it so I can do away with this pesky review pop from Privy

It's a bit early for an accurate review as I just installed the app. Perhaps having the review pop up later would be better. Right now, I am still learning about the app and how it will interact with my Shopify store.

It's ok. Font consistency across browser platforms appears limited. Additionally, if you uninstall Privy from your Shopify store and then reinstall it, the popup disappears and requires an immense amount of effort to repopulate. I still haven't figured out how to do it. Thinking about trying other apps and if anyone reading this has any suggestions feel free to drop them below!

Haven't had a chance to start using it before being asked to write this review- so not sure! Looks very comprehensive so far. Lots of options.

Quite nice... Lot's of services in one app. Good pricing structure. Good customer service. Needs more features though, and a bit of integration and UX polishing.

Very easy to use but I hate that Privy's name is at the bottom of the pop-up if you get the free plan..

A nice tool. Easy to set up. Not a ton of emails gathered yet, but we're a new site. Hopefully will be better as we grow

I think the app is great in terms of its design, but the pricing model is too high for $70 per month for the useful stuff is too high for our store. There are cheaper alternatives with similar functionality.
