Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

the dashboard functionality is so poor. I have to click at least 3 times on each button to reach where i want to. Limited features. Limited integrations with shopify. Limited flexibility in designing. Switching back to klaviyo would be a better option for sure.

The more I try and use it the more features I find either don't works or don't work as perhaps Privy suggest, shame, it used to be a great company but they seem to be focusing on new products although I rarely see them rather than fixing all the glitches in the basic system. I still have an unresolved issue

Pretty good APP although I have had a few problems with the pop up that cannot be resolved. I feel it is overpriced for what I am getting.

Decent pop-up app but the email client isn't great... We tried using it and it failed enough times that we leaned back into MailChimp. We have run that integration with MailChimp and lets see if that works...

Great app. Terrible pricing. Klaviyo really needs to fix their pop-up builder as using Privy just for pop-ups is not economical. Privy should really offer a non-email plan for customers who just want to collect.

Having some issues with branding our emails. When the app sends email confirmations and newsletters they come with the Privy brand. I believe this is not good for any business and I am surprised no one else has complained . We have been chatting to support for almost 2 days now and still not clear answer. Not very happy with this, plus a bit expensive for the service.

I have been using this app for 3 years for a single pop up. have about 5k a month page views, and now they have put a limit on pageviews and are charging $20 a month. Time to find a new app, nothing special that any email platform cant do.

I want to use it, but i want to pay thru my shopify shop or thru paypal. but they dont have those option, only have the credit card option. it sucks. why my other apps didnot make me to use credit card only. so said cant use it

wish you had more options for the free account. very limited. I do appreciate the one pop up - but I don't appreciate the price for someting menial

Not super user friendly. Still figuring it out. It keeps glitching out on me. This app will take some getting used to.

I use this app to collect emails and it collects emails for us, and we wish it auto-updated, but hey.

I used this app for newletter signups. But once the trial period ended they erased all of the form settings I had set for my site so I don't know if it's worth going through the design and setup process again and continue using the app.

I used this app for a pop up on my site. I found it a little confusing at first to re-design a custom design but eventually got the hang of it.

I like this app but would love to see a social follow discount, not just email. To replace the bekeeting app that shopify no longer supports.

No good on mobile screen However I don’t have a computer and work off my mobile at all tones So you need to sort the design aspect out
