Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

So far so good. We're hoping that this is a suitable replacement for Mailchimp. So far it seems like it will be.

so far so good! just signed up for email but the pop up thing has worked very well so far and grown my list.

It's simple to setup, a good one that we will consider to use some paid service. Thanks Privy and keep the good work!

Great so far and super easy to use! Just trying to work out how to merge subscribers list but otherwise its good.

I like that it is a free app! But however i feel like it could be a little easier and a little less work to set emails up

Easy to use but only realised chargable to send email once installed, this wasnt discussed when we migrated from Mailchimp

Could use some improvements on user friendliness (I am still searching a lot when it comes to layout. How to implement and link coupons once they are created is a bit confusing. Unable to personalize my social media URLs on the icons in any newsletter and tech support hasn't gotten back to me. Wish I could see WHO opened newsletters/unsubscribed). May just take me a few days to learn all the ins and outs. Just seems a bit more involved than other apps I have used in the past. Love the simple, clean look however. The support people I have been able to speak with have been quick to respond and courteous.

I use this app so customers can sign up for our store's newsletter. Hopefully more free features will be added in the near feature, especially for small businesses that are just starting.

This has been a helpful application to have for advertising various events, as well as capturing emails for promotional use.

Just started and seems a good free option so far. Looking forward to getting stuck into it a bit more and working with Klaviyo as the ESP

Downloaded this app with hopes it will take over my email marketing needs seeing mailchimp will no longer be working with shopify. Will update my review once I see how it goes. Fingers crossed!

Live chat service is awesome, it's very helpful as this is my first time using privy. I haven't explored much their features, but knowing they provide live chat service is relieving. Thanks Andy! Cons : I was confused earlier, i didn't notice that they have 2 different plans at same price at $24, so i subscribed the wrong plan. I thought that newsletter feautere was already included in plus plan, but it's in automate plan instead. I just changed my subscription, i hope shopify will adjust the balance in the next billing. I suggest that privy should make it more clear about automate plan, cos it doesn't show up on the pricing table.

This app is a little difficult to navigate. I would like to go through a tutorial and learn more.

It’s good. mobile interface needs improvement. Why is there minimum 100 character limit? .............

Great app! As long as you understand what will work well for your store there is a lot of functionality! Even with free.

Just starting out. So far it looks good, we'll see how it pans out. I'm feeling optimistic with this app, though! Hopefully it will meet all of my needs. Will update once I start using it more.
