Downloaded this app with hopes it will take over my email marketing needs seeing mailchimp will no longer be working with shopify. Will update my review once I see how it goes. Fingers crossed!

Live chat service is awesome, it's very helpful as this is my first time using privy. I haven't explored much their features, but knowing they provide live chat service is relieving. Thanks Andy! Cons : I was confused earlier, i didn't notice that they have 2 different plans at same price at $24, so i subscribed the wrong plan. I thought that newsletter feautere was already included in plus plan, but it's in automate plan instead. I just changed my subscription, i hope shopify will adjust the balance in the next billing. I suggest that privy should make it more clear about automate plan, cos it doesn't show up on the pricing table.

It’s good. mobile interface needs improvement. Why is there minimum 100 character limit? .............

It’s a good replacement for mailchimp and improves on mailchimps exit intent tool but it does lose 1 star as the abandon cart emails need to have direct integration with the abandoned cart shopify links. They don’t show products in the email or generate a ‘here’s your cart’ button that goes to the cart. It will probably mean a little less conversion than we were getting through mailchimps integration. Other than that, it does what it needs to do, with some great sign up forms and design tools, but slight room for improvements on ‘product integration’ and ‘cart integration’ into the emails.

I'm sure once I start getting to know your app it will be really useful, but the pop up you posted to ask for feedback is a bit spammy, and here's why. 1) I haven't even gotten the chance to really use or get used to your app. So how would any feedback I proved be helpful or useful? 2) I need time to get ready and get used to it, so the pop up is not helping me to do that. 3) Set examples for how your users should be using your pop up. Really good app for generating signups, although big jump from free pricing to monthly. Something in between would be good.

This app is very helpful, thank you. I like the tracking. The review tab gets stuck open on the mobile able and becomes difficult to access via web app.

The app is a little different than what I used prior so still adjusting. Also, I cannot figure out why Privy can't verify my DNS, so emails come from Privy to my subscribers which I don't really like. Overall, I think it will be fine once I get the hang of it.

Yeah yeah yeah, For pop up in your webisite is really usefull. If you want to use it for mailing you have to pay. But for popup is ok. For offers, disccounts and all you imagine.

So far so good, although i've only attempted one campaign. Easy to navigate! Emailed support and they replied in a timely matter.

So far, so good! I just got it, but I think that if it is as seamless as it appears, it will be useful. The only problem I had was in searching for what the actual pop up would look like. That is the initial one you created for me.

The view in the designer should give you a sense for what it looks like and once it's live you can always click the preview button from within the designer (step 3 of the campaign creation process).
