Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

I really enjoy this app. It helps us create our reviews with ease. We get emails on new reviews and are placed on our website automatically.

I have tried a few other email platforms and Privy by far is the best one that I have used. Love this app.

I'm generally happy with the UI and how simple and understandable the app is to use and start building and converting in minutes. All the templates are literally made for you. But, I'm leaving this review because I am honestly SUPER impressed with the onboarding team, and specifically Jen- I was invited into a call to learn more and during the call, I was notified that some subscriptions are eligible for 1 on 1 onboarding (detailed help setting up my environment) - Jen helped me get most everything in place and some points which we didn't have time to cover during the call - on her own accord she finished up and sent me an email "hey, I finished out your welcome series..." and that easily earns 5stars in my book! This app is fantastic and has already paid for itself a hundred times over. A key component for any eCommerce Business Owner looking to automate everything from newsletters and email marketing, to offering discounts, to saving abandoned carts, etc. 5 stars

The app is very easy to use and offers a good variety of examples that you can use for yourself. When i subscribed i got an 1 hour onboarding call which was a very pleasant surprise. the people of privy are super friendly and they had a lot of good ideas for our email campaigns. Would definitely recommend!

So far it's been good! I used this app to get more people on my mailing list and it was really useful. Jenny really helped us set up for BFCM, she set up a few calls to help with all of our email marketing and made sure our pop ups were in place and ready for the big 4 days where we have the biggest discounts. I really appreciated her help and also being on hand whenever I need to ask a question or help with setting anything up. Jenny really knows her stuff when it comes to making scheduled marketing seamless. I hope to work with her more in 2023.

I absolutely love Privy! It has paid for itself many times over! I started using it this year when I also opened my Shopify store, and I can say with certainty that I have grossed more in sales, grow my email list, and have been able to create a self-care community with weekly Newsletters.

I highly recommend the Privy app. It's flexible, easy-to-use, and does exactly what it's designed for. (I'm not being paid to say this!) I encourage any size business to give it a try. Pricing is super reasonable, and their support has been excellent. Yesterday I got the one hour onboarding with Daniel, and I have to say I was blown away by how much we were able to cover. The session was video recorded, so we are all set to continue building it out using that as our guide. Before the onboarding, Daniel had already gone into our account to see what we had set up. He helped us improve our settings and added more popups and flyouts on the spot. It was hands down the best onboarding session I have experienced in my many years as a digital marketer.

I've been super impressed by the follow up support from the Privy staff. There is no way I would've been able to implement the structures that have been put in place and explained through the training provided. Highly recommend!
