Privy has helped me grow my business and email list by offering customizable opt-in offers with so much functionality. I recommend them to all of my other small business friends and will continue to use them while my business expands. Thank you!

Seems ok so far. Solved a massive problem I have had with Mailchimp and Shopify showing Pop ups on my theme. Wouldn't show mobile or tablet pop ups, but Privy has sorted it out. I'm pretty pleased. Easy to set up.

customer service is by chat only which is very inconvenient and very time consuming. privy should offer at least an online screen sharing service such as join.me or the likes for troubleshooting technical issues. you don't even have the option to copy and paste a screenshot via the chat sessions- you have to download a screenshot you want to send them, then upload it as an attachment- what a waste of time!! it's very frustrating.
