I use this app for newsletters, automated emails, and subscriptions. I like the subscription pop up o. The website but the newsletter feature needs work. I wish it was more like Mailchimp.

Forced us to leave a review before it taught us how to use the app. You should definitely let people try the app first and learn how to use it before requesting a review.

JUST INSTALLED, TESTING OUT. One of the setup items is to come here and leave a review... So I am leaving a review. Probably would have rated it higher if the review wasn't part of the setup tasks.

seems good but i'm having trouble navigating my way around. I have started a few campaigns but can't find where they are saved to. I'm sure I'll figure it out but it's taking longer than I would have hoped.

Kind of hard to navigate and understand. May be better once I figure out how to work it. Have been using it for awhile and never sent an email.

I'm finding this app challenging to use and navigate, I am frustrated shopify and mailchimp aren't integrated anymore. Hopefully the learning curve drops soon and I can get back to regularly scheduled emailing!

It works for doing things like pop ups and abandoned cart email, but it's not quite simple to configure a good abandoned cart email, you can't add the forgoten products to the email and that would be great. Also the linking with the domaing is very frustrating; we did the DNS changes but they must be there permanently, instead of just a one time validation...

A lot of technical problems (form that don't display, slow javascript ...) no documentation on how to install it asynchronously. The interface is good and intuitive thouh

I used this app for email signup. It can be better if there were more choices, designs, colors & smaller pop ups.

I think you should wait until a little while to ask for a review because I'm still trying to figure the site out. I just added the app to my site and then 45 seconds later it's asking me for a review. I don't think I can get a good review until I have at least worked with the app for a couple of days. I am trying to enjoy it. Still trying to learn the app and how everything flows.
