Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

I'm new to these Shopify apps. So far this one seems fairly easy to work with and I look forward to playing with it some more.

still quite a lot to be explored. So far it looks okay. Limited functions for free version. Will see if it worth to upgrade to the higher level

I love the fact that I can capture all my new customers emails to stay in contact with them and give them an insensitive coupon code at the same time. I just wish the code sent to their inbox and not their promotions section of their incoming emails. Thats way to much stuff to look through to get a code.

Great, really like this app. Easy to use and implement. Only reason i haven't given it 5 stars is i haven't used it for long enough yet.

Works well- easy to create pop ups to direct visitors to specials or discounts. We like the choice of fonts and colors too.

Wish I could make HTML templates with the app but it is really useful for pop up forms and they are easily adjustable.

Setup takes a bit of time, but it's easy enough if you are committed. Seems like a lot of value with the free version.

The monthly fee seems a little high but overall - happy with performance. Feel like some of the automation features/presets could be more robust.

I used the app to help with signups for our newsletter. It was great. I would have liked to be able to add a photo in the middle of the popup box and its really frustrating that you don't have INSTAGRAM on the social media buttons. Why Not!!!!! But overall good to use, easy and gives a great finish. Love that you can have your pop up in the corner rather than taking over the page which most people find annoying.

Great app. It allows easy customisation to the popup and it looks really good! Have yet to try other functions but the newsletter popup discount works pretty well so far. And thanks for having this basic level free for use until we decide to do more!

Nice controls and UI. Good reporting feature too. I still have issue with conrtolling some features, but getting better.

Using App for popups. Could be a little more user friendly but am learning the App and getting used to it and its doing what I want it to do.

I really like the simplicity of their app and the walk through they have setup to aid in getting the pop up completed.

I like it. It's a helpful tool. It's a bit tricky but good overall. I'm not super tech savvy, so perhaps it's better for someone with more basic computer knowledge.

I've used Privy to add popups to my website www.jroseelite.com I have grown my email subcribers and grown my business and reach as a result! Thank you Privy! just wish it worked with Flodesk email platform.

not too bad somewhat glitchy it was hard to navigate at times with this site. Then it kept asking for a review which was annoying

Privy was easy. The integration with Hubspot was a big reason I selected to use the app. I'm excited to see how the app performs.

I am still learning how to best utilize it but so far has been very helpful. and the minimum number of required characters on this is kind of bullshit.

Set up was pretty seamless and am already testing and seeing some results. Interested to see how this can lead to more conversions and testing more features.
