Amazing app, but forcing a review by having a banner in there the whole time is irritating.

Interface of the tool is good. But my function to capture email is not responding as per the settings i.e. not popping up when intending to leave the site.

no videos on how to use it very time consuming to watch you tube showing old stuff not relevant?

not sure what is going on here , I JUST started so it will have to get some time before this may be useful

Seems nice. I'm reviewing so that I'll stop getting the "leave us a review" notice. Privy might be great, or it might suck. Don't know yet. 2.5 stars.

kind of expensive considering other options... but a nice tool anyway... it it has some very odd ways to ask reviews over and over again

Easy to set up, but it's not working properly! I make changes and it's not updating on the website... Very annoying and disappointing. I hope I can figure out wth is going on!

You cannot review an app if you just downloaded it. Be realistic and allow customers a 7 day to 30 day ability to review. Why lie and give any starts especially 5 star review just for downloading. Shopify needs to reign in these app developers. Everyone is hungry to make money and a sale. We will all get there, in the meanwhile slow the "f" down seriously. So far seems easy to download and setup. No idea how it will work at this moment. Whether good or bad, I'll update my review.

Sorry guys but it's just not working properly. Pops up automatically after a given time (set to exit intent). However I will say that it did get a few sign ups in the last 24 hours. Let me know if you fix it I sure could use it.

The idea of the email popups is great but it is hard to figure out how to set the campaigns up.

Setup is easy, and everything works as expected. However, with Google cracking down on mobile pop-ups/interstitials lately, I feel like disabling on mobile only should be a basic and therefore free feature... perhaps even the default, since I'm not sure why anyone would want to voluntarily get dinged by Google. I'm not trying to do anything complex or customize further than that. I just want a "disable on mobile" or "only show tab on mobile" option. It appears the only solution currently is to have exit intent-triggered popups on desktop (instead of timed), which never show up on mobile. If I'm wrong or the option to disable on mobile is added in the future, please contact me, and I would be happy to change my review.

I have just started to use this App and am assessing its usefulness; if it proves to be of benefit without snags I will be happy to recommend it. If not I will let you know. So far so good....watch this space
