I like this app it has what I'm looking for in trying to build my brand, getting customers to sign up. I don't like that you would have to pay $79 per month to get the sign up for a discount feature where it can be automatically sent to all customers who sign up or where you can create a cool email to update customers on new arrivals or discounts etc. I think that could at least be included in the cheaper plan for people who have just started a business and are small like myself, instead of just sending a thank you when they sign up.

I'm just now adding this app and starting to set it up. So far it's going alright just noticing a few bugs. Going to keep working on it and see if it works out for me or not.

Haven't used it's features yet, unsure how it is is going to be. I suggest that you ask for a review once we have time to explore the features otherwise looks like it does the job.

I have just added this app so cant really give a rating, so l will give it 3 for install ability. All l want it to do is capture customers email address and offer discount upon visiting and leaving my store. Fingers crossed as l have not had much luck with these. Oh and l hope support is as good as what they say. i will update once l learn a bit more

Really cool plugin. Especially the Exit Intent and the AC Emails are perfect, but I think it is a bit hard to understand. The performance of the plugin is not that good.

I will have to say for beginners, this app is a little on the expensive side especially for businesses that are just getting started.

i just started and see that email field of popup form is disabled.... why email field is disabled?? Although i can enter first name in the form.

A little confusing at first, dont like that they hide the cost. Wish it was more upfront with the prices before i downloaded the app

I liked the pop up action but I was disappointed to find the email feature was only for a monthly subscription. They should at least let me manually email my customers.

I wish I could manipulate the background images more on Privy since it automatically zooms heavily in on the images.

I've tried a few of these, overall Privy is good. I'm going to keep testing out others, but so far fairly happy here. Will update the review after I finish testing out my favorite ones. There aren't as many customization options as I was hoping for, but unless I can find another one, I can make do here.

I like it but need technical support with a human. My contacts are not syncing and can't upload pictures.
