I use this app to build my contact list, plus generate sales by focusing on individual products. I can see from the first day this app is a must have for shopify stores. My list and sales are coming in after first day! Could not be happier and the ability to customize offers and targets is fantastic.

I cannot say enough great things about Privy associate, Jessica L. She went above and beyond to walk me through the steps of setting up the pop up, making sure the discount codes were synched with Privy and even assisting with migrating my contacts from Mail Chimp to Privy. She is awesome! Privy is my favorite app!

My favourite Shopify app! So user friendly and the best tool for growing my business. Shopify support team is also great and SO helpful with any question I have. Can't recommend Privy enough - if you're considering this over other apps, choose Privy (I tried Klaviyo and prefer Privy) :)

After launching my Shopify store last year, I started using Privy's free plan and have successfully run campaigns (pop-ups and landing pages). If I didn't understand the tutorial, any questions I've had were quickly answered by their support team. I recently added the Email service for $13, which I believe is reasonable for my needs. I've created a winback, an abandoned cart, and a post-purchase email. Automation alone is a time-saver. I look forward to using Privy to create newsletters going forward too.

Hands down Privy is one of the best apps that I've worked with. I've successfully been able to streamline my marketing to my customers by using this app. Plus, my sales have grown so much more since using it. The pricing is reasonable especially for a small business. I highly recommend.

Lots of possibilities in terms of templates and promotions - pretty easy to customize and can be done by novice users. I did research quite a bit before settling on a promotion/exit-intent app - and chose Privy because was the best price for so many promotion options. The only noteworthy issue I've faced so far is when making too many customized changes, the editor can freeze or take long to load. To get around this, I just simply save and exit the editor after making multiple changes to a template and then re-open the editor and continue making any additional changes.

Wow! Tech support has improved so much! I went from a two star (because it was not good before) to now 5 star plus! The chat with Jose M. was patient, instructive - and fixed everything. Privy is my favorite app now.

This app is amazing! We've been using it for about a year and are really happy with the sign ups, email functionality and marketing tools. It has more than paid for itself with sales and new conversions. The support is terrific. Highly recommend!
