Big fan of this app. Pop ups are very customizable. Our email capture, cross sell and exit intent pop ups are all performing well and helping drive more sales.

Very helpful customer service, I dealt with Sam Rotner and he did a phenomenal job explaining all the perks of the privy. He has helped us out so much! very excited to start using this program in more depth. Everything is so customizable.

Seems good so far, relatively intuitive. Staff have been very helpful. I would suggest the developer give users a little more time before asking for a review, just so we have time to get familiar with everything Privy has to offer, and to start seeing results.

I have found this app/automated marketing tools very helpful - and I'm still learning. I never imagined we could collect subscibers at the rate we are thanks to Privy. The YouTube training is extremely helpful too!

Privy is a very intuitive app that caters to a wide range of users. You can use Privy to drive sales whether you have nominal experience with similar tools, or get as intricate as you like if you are advanced. The on-boarding portion allows time to ask questions to improve your performance and knowledge of the program. We are very happy with the increase in traffic by signing up for Privy and taking advantage of the many tools to reach old and new customers.

So far so good! The results in a short amount of time have been promising and the one-on-one calls with Jen have been great. I really appreciate how friendly/flexible she has been when I've rescheduled demos and also how prompt and helpful the calls have been. Looking forward to continuing to get to know the app better.

Privy has been absolutely instrumental in our ability to grow our brand, and our online sales. We implemented last year and have captured over 12k emails - more than we had collected in 6 years of running the online + physical store combined, and increased sales substantially by marketing to our list regularly. Use the A/B test features, and find what people like, that's the quickest way to build your list. Also, huge shoutout to Liam who is our assigned Privy success rep and helped us grow as much as we did!

Updated 5-28-21 After having used Privy for a few months now and having started to take advantage of everything it has to offer, I've been amazed at the response and consistent increase in conversions. I wish we would have tried this app sooner. After all, it started with a free trial so what were we waiting for? After having a few questions along the way we also found out that their support is FANTASTIC. Shout out's to Uri, Marcel, Felix and Jose! (and anyone else I may have missed) Prompt, knowledgable and they don't talk 'down' to people just starting out. I see a long and profitable future using Privy! Just completed day '2' of Privy "Starter" program training with Dan. Another very informative, 'hands-on' presentation and it was free! This is the way all app companies should help get new clients 'onboard' and prove that their software actually works! (We made money the FIRST day) Day 1 with Connor - great, and now day 2 with Dan - great, can't wait for day 3!

Privy has been amazing! I'm blown away at the many things that can be accomplished with this program. The possibilities are proving to be endless, and I know we have so many more things to try out! The true icing on the cake is the costumer services is PHENOMENAL, I don't think I have ever experienced better. Ideas, suggestions, support, and assistance are at my finger tips and that makes my Privy experience that much better. I am a huge privy fan!

I am using this app for my book website and I must say it is great. Although it is not a beginner's user interface, if you take some time then you will learn the ropes and get used to it. I think it is better than the others, ultimately. There seems to be more to offer.
