Want to make email pop up. Site stuck on Newsletter. No help line to call & no response 2 msg sent.

I like the pop ups and how I'm able to design them. However their customer service is frustrating. I used to have a 'chat' feature available and it disappeared. And it's been hours with no response via email on an urgent issue. I do not recommend because of lack of support, and I will be looking elsewhere for my newsletter management.

Confusing, overwhelming, asks to review without actually haivng used the app. Not even sure it works!

I don't think the pop ups are working. I don't see any improvement on the sign ups even if I presented 20% to 25% discount. I don't know if it really has a pop up opt in page. don't recommend for now

I just downloaded it, so nothing to say except they are in such a hurry that they make me give a 100 character review in the first minute of its use. weird

I am really frustrated by apps that ask me for a review immediately after installing them. Let me use the product for a couple of seconds at least. Not off to a great start Privy. If my experience improves, I will be back to update this review. Until then, leave me alone!

The pop-up is pretty good however I would advise people to stay away from this company due to their absolutely shocking customer service and the risk of losing money as I have I had been using Privy for a while and then one day the checkout cart on my site completely stopped working and I receiving a number of emails from potential customers saying they couldn't place an order. After speaking to my theme developer, he managed to pin point the problem was the Privy javascript was causing the error So I uninstalled privy....to no effect. There was still Privy javascript preventing the cart from working I then tried reinstalling my theme completely fresh.....still Privy javascript preventing the cart from working I then contacted Privy, desperate for them to help fix the problem so my customers could start placing orders. 2 DAYS LATER, all of this time my site has been dead, they got back to me to say they have found the problem I have described and they will raise it with their engineers to fix I kept emailing them for some sort of time frame or some help on at least a temporary fix in the meantime but they didn't respond Another 2 days later, 96 HOURS AFTER THE PROBLEM WAS FIRST FOUND, and still no sales to my store, Privy got back to me to say that "they don't debug javascript conflicts" and I would have to find help elsewhere So they took 4 days to tell me that, yes they had in fact completely messed up my store but no they weren't going to do anything about it. I have never known such terrible customer service

I'm not sure why you advertise exit intent when I just installed the app and it says the exit intent discount will be available soon. I downloaded this app for the fact that I wanted to have an exit intent popup that displays a random coupon code for free shipping when someone trys to exit on the cart page. But once I downloaded Privy, I couldn't even test exit intent discounts because it's not released yet... You should be more clear about the features that are CURRENTLY available on your page....

Kept malfunctioning. I tried deleting contacts and later they tried to join and couldn't .... and not all new contacts were passed to my integrations like Mailchimp.

I didnt like that I cant ever finish a task! Cant even finish this review! All options lead back to blank screen and no help. Cant even save a custom email and yet they sure charged me

This app doesn't work with anything, not MailChimp, not Zapier, not Sendlane. I don't know but it seems every video I see says there should be a checkbox which triggers the Welcome Email from MailChimp. It seems to that since they replaced it with their own email autoresponder, the user is compelled to use that at the cost of $10/month. I've tried with Sendlane too, and still nothing. I've reached out to support, but no one answers. I'm particularly sad about this because it was recommended to me by someone I really trust in this industry, and it didn't meet my expectation.

stop asking us to review your app okay - one stars, don't beat us on top of the head about reviewing your app one star! stop asking us to review your app. zero documentation, zero help, zero instructions, zero useful info, you'll be on your own to figure this app out, the videos they do send out are 3rd grade level garbage, ue / ui is poor they never have navigated their own app to use it, zero user input stop asking us to review your one star app

I am not happy with it because I cannot give a coupon code that I have on my shopify and now have to monitor any sign ups to manually email them a code!
