Great product. Free version compares well to Sumo Me Pro. Have both and think Privy is a great free alternative

So far so good. I received a new order that used the coupon for mailing list sign up within minutes of setting up the app! I love the customization of the pop up and how I was able to make it match my store colors or use my own pictures. To see it in action visit VacationHomeAmenities.com

So far so good. Have the free version so not a whole lot that can be customized but pretty easy to use.

Good design options, my only complaint is that the text editing tool is a bit glitchy.

Here one of the first negative reviews I've ever left. Privy is screwing up my website. Whenever Privy is active, it does not let me banner image load in Chrome. It is incredibly challenging to open up a flow of communication with customer support. Every time I write them, they forget what I had said earlier. I have 2 threads with customer support going simultaneously. Over 50 communications back and forth in just one of the threads. I'm switching to another platform.
