I wish I knew what this program is all about. This tutorial is confusing. Too many technical terms. I'm going to need some help to use this. How do I get help?

Only started my shop... I can see how amazingly helpful this will be. Thank you, The Vegan Supplement Market

Had to turn it off because it wasn't syncing with shopify. Potetial customers saw wrong information and made me look like a liar or a cheat. Multiple emails and messaging and no reply. Even shopify reached out for me, and still no reply after a week. Caused us to waste money on a relate social campaign.

I downgraded to free after paying for the commercial and was immediately reset to free. I paid for a month worth of service and just because I stopped the reoccurring subscription you take away the benefits I paid for?

Why are you hassling for a review before the app is even set up? You MUST know that people haven't had a chance to use it. Maybe that's the idea, catch people while they're still positive and have not had the chance to find any negs? This MAY end up being a great app, who knows, but the experience at THIS stage could not be worse cos of the ridiculous multiple review requests.

Worst...Be Transparent...Bad Experience... After downloading the app and taking all important data from my store, then reflecting the price why? Why not in front when downloading the app to the store.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. IF YOU HAVE IT INSTALLED, FIND AN ALTERNATIVE. Privy intentionally sends scrambled email addresses to SaaS solutions (such as competing apps that collect emails) in order to prevent competing brands from working alongside their solution, i.e. Capturing customer emails from their email pop-ups to increase identification rates.

Pop ups are good. Emailing tool often does not work, and it is difficult to get support from Privy. In particular, the tool is not importing csv emailing lists.
