We've had tremendous results using both the pop-up style and banner style campaigns. Customization is extensive and intuitive.

Running the free version for about one year. It has helped my site gain many customers and sales. Very happy and considering expanding into paid options also. A great app. I recommend it.

For the price and functionality, don't bother with anything else - Privy is way ahead of its competitors and blows them all away.

This app was recommended to me by a client and I'm happy we picked Privy. It's pretty easy to set up, has options for the appearance of the pop up, and most importantly had live chat support.

It's not really FREE. It has limited functionality, then offers a bunch of better options after you pay the monthly fee. Since I have not unlocked all of their features, I cannot give 5 stars, but what I've used so far has been good.

I just finished the set up and it by far the easiest to use and offers the nicest design using the free plan. I may upgrade at a later time after I give it a while to see how it goes. I would recommend this app for anyone who wants to offer a discount with a pop up email gatherer. thanks privy, oh and support has been super helpful! UPDATE 12/13/16 So far so good with this app, easy to use and support is super helpful and responsive. My only issue is the emails come from privy and not from my company email unless I go to a higher paid plan or sync them through mailchimp.

100% results from Privy. Definitely an app that any serious retailer should implement if they want to help increase their conversions and build a string customer base that will keep coming back!
