Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

Looks OK so far but this damn pop up has started asking me for reviews before I've even had a chance to use Privy. I'm not sure that this is good practice and would encourage Privy to re think the timing of when this thing keeps popping up. Perhaps encourage people to use the platform first and then seek a review?

I have edited the design of a current campaign 3xs. Saved all three times. Go back in to check and see how it looks and it has reverted back to the original everytime. Tried to preview it on my live page and it also had reverted back to the pre-edited version. Not impressed.

It seems to work ok, but only 7 of my hundreds of customers from shopify are showing up. I think it will work better once I get all of my customers in there. It said it imported it automatically, but it hasn't yet.. f

Ok application but not very easy to use and play with. We are using to show popup at the first page.

I am still trying to figure this out. Just upgraded to the newsletter platform because Mailchimp is not an option. I can't figure out how to link newsletter opt-in sign ups with Privy yet. So

Reasonably easy to use marketing app on the free plan. Good information provided with performance reports.

Slightly confusing. Would like to be able to chat with tech support IRT. Other than that, great and resourceful service.

I am not enough of an expert with Privy to say but I not impressed enough to move to the paid version

I dont know how it works yet cause i just installed it into my website, am going to creat some campagns and see how effective it is and i will let your people know if its a good one or no.

Very happy with everything so far. Seems to be quite easy and efficient. Happy to continue to use and test.

I found it a little confusing to use. I think it should be a little more user friendly! It wasn’t clear if I was finished and difficult to get to the preview.

Pretty user friendly, I just feel like it is really expensive to use what if offers. I hope it'll be worth it.

First time using app. No review yet. I dont know how I am supposed to review something when I am just signing up for it.

found it confusing to set up jus wanting a simple app to get customers to sign up and this one took ages and I couldnt seem to preview without goint to my site and gave up in the end

After listening to the Winning with Shopify Podcast I had to give this a try. Seems to be a bit complicated but will keep working at it.

the app is good but I am just so annoyed by their review requests every few seconds. I pay for it, let me get to work ... ?!

Could be better if you could change currencey for coupons as they are set in dollars and they mis calculate the amount of traffic your getting in order to get you to pay
