Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

works okay. Creating e-mail is easy bu doesn't work smoothly however there are many templates you can choose from. The pop ups does look good and easy to create.

helpful app but a little confusing at first, useful once you figure it out for sure. During free trial does't specify what part of the service will remain free

I wish the help button in the corner would disappear as it is annoying when you are trying to edit your pop ups. As well, it would be nice to be told how the email was going to be sent out with the [email protected]. Other than that, I'm excited to continue using Privy to help grow my business

I am still trying to configure this App... it appears to be a great addition, however, I find the support lacking. It is not a real time chat. They email you their response and often they may not fully understand your question so you get an insufficient answer. I have now gone back and forth 3-4 times and still having setup troubles! It would be really nice if it was a real time chat line or phone call to resolve my setup problems once and for all. Support in my opinion is weak.

I am still learning this app, I will provide a better review at a later time. Thank you so much.....

I've used this app for building up my email contacts, at first it wasn't working for me but once you take time to thoroughly utilize it does the job.

A bit tricky to use. I'm sure the paid version has more options. Overall some nice features in this app.

I love the flexibility with layout for this app. But I wish it allowed more A/B testing with all emails.

The app is very simple to use, I could easily create a popup with a coupon discount, now I can start using it for A/B testing, sending newsletter and more. The pricing is not exactly as presented here, very quickly you need to pay much more, but I'm still very happy with it and I think it will bring value.

I added the app a week or so ago as a recommendation from a youtube video I saw. Today is my first day actually exploring the app.

Great for setting up an automatic newsletter and email sign up campaign! Super easy to use and the templates really help. Good so far.

Lots of options to customize your brands' emails and texts, provides a lot of customization options for FREE.

good app but I cant change the sender email or change the mailing address which is really important.

When customizing your campaign, it is hard to do without shrinking the page to about 30%. You cannot see the full page without shrinking it. This is a major issue that needs correcting.
