I’m totally not tech savvy and needed a little help so I reached out to support and JOSE hooked me up! He explained how it works and he even went the extra step and did it for me! He explained it so easily that I know I can do it on my own if I want to change anything up but IM GOOD! Customer service is extremely important and they nailed it with having Jose on the team!!!

David Sanchez was an immense help in setting up our DNS. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. With his expertise, he guided us through the entire process quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure working with him, as he took the time to answer all our questions and ensure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend David and his support. Privy has been a great tool to capture new email addresses. But more important than the app itself is the support. I can hop on to get chat support and everyone is super nice! If you don't have Privy, this is a *must add* to your store!

We have been using Privy for some years now - both for pop-ups and emails. I have always found it easy to use and it allows us to grow our email list. Great help from Jose today with few ideas I needed help on.

Have really enjoyed the app. The support team has been super helpful. I just spent about 35 minutes with Jose helping me through some of the issues I was having. Still early days in my use but highly recommend.

Some of the quickest customer service I've experienced was from Jose at Privy. We had one minor issue and it was isolated and then rapidly resolved. This app has also helped tremendously with gaining new customers and customer outreach.

I am just starting up with Privy. Small business - so far so good. Easier for me to use than some other apps I have tried, and the price is acceptable. I had great support from Melanie with a Zoom call and from David about verifying the domain. And I just contacted Jose on a Chat and he responded quickly and was extremely helpful with his answers to my questions. Great customer service! Looking forward to growing my business with Privy!

Very good app to use for marketing purposes especially the spin the wheel and pop ups, also the after service is exceptional, they reply really fast and help you with anything, big shout out to Jose for helping me

Great app for managing my customer lists and sending out emails. They have good tools for building email campaigns and they are integrated into Shopify so I can see how many sales I get from each email!

Straight forward to use, fast and capable support, reasonable pricing model for a small bootstrapped business. I've been using Privy for about a year and a half as my business has gone from $1k to $25k/month and I have no plans of leaving. The intuitive platform has allowed me to set up email campaigns and more all on my own, and the support (the few times that I've needed it) is always quick, professional, and helpful. The cost of the app also scales with your size (you pay a bit extra as your contact list grows), which is great when you're just getting started. Highly recommend Privy!
