This app is great and looks super cute! It's worked out well for us! Thank you Privy :) .. BTW, I love the confetti rain when people sign up!

Great app, easy to install and start using immediately. In the first day we signed more people up for our newsletter than we had in the previous 4 months. The app is great for forcing customers to see key promotions, but you can do it in a very reasonable and non-intrusive way so it doesn't hurt the shopping experience.

Pretty good! Looks good on desktop but the popup tab remains visible on mobile which can be annoying. Always preview your site through mobile because most people use this! Allows you to update quickly, easy to use quite simple perfect for those learning. So far so good -www.kudarachel.com

This service is fantastic. We had tried other apps but couldn't get them to work consistently. Privy gets us all the features we need and more and the support is second to none. Very responsive and they go the extra mile.

I love the Privy integration! It's very easy to set up, you can customize it however you like, and it's given me over 200 new email leads in just under a week! This is a great way to do a free opt-in to get new subscribers. And their navigation is beautiful and easy to use - which is always a plus in my book.

This app has got to be the best popup app in all of shopify. Not only are all the features you could ever need for a small business on the free plan, but the customer service is amazing regardless of what plan you're on. That says a lot about this app- highly recommended!

We were long-time users of Privy, but our experience has been deeply disappointing and financially damaging. In 2019, Privy's own support team confirmed in writing that a duplicate account tied to our Shopify store had been identified and closed. We were assured that no further charges would be incurred. Despite this, Privy continued charging us for nearly six years on a second account that was inaccessible and had no associated email address. Unfortunately we only discovered this in 2025. After presenting full documentation, including screenshots of their original cancelled confirmation, Privy refunded just six months' worth of charges out of a total of 70+ months—refusing to refund the rest and claiming they could no longer locate the original correspondence due to “internal system changes.” This is unacceptable from a company that provides email and CRM services. Failing to honour a written cancellation, charging for a service that could not be accessed, and then denying responsibility years later reflects a troubling disregard for transparency, accountability, and customer trust. Merchants should be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself with little recourse, even if you have clear evidence and written promises from their own team.

We haven't been using Privy for too long, but WOW what an app. The support and the way it functions is just so brilliant. You can custom tailor your pop ups visually and practically. This small business truly appreciates the Privy app, thanks!
