Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

So far so good, it looks really powerful, but also seems to be behind a pay wall.

Good app but constantly bombarded and stressed by PRIVY pop ups asking for reviews and makes me worry that's how my customers feel. Also their chat function is a bit stalkerish - made me self conscious about my log in times. Otherwise, app seems great!!

Thi has been a great way to increase the newsletter signup rate. But I find the access to the account odd. I login with Shopify option and I end up at the App store. Then I have look up this app click get. Also so far it is annoying because it insists on getting a review.

So far so good. No complaints on my end.

Simple to use, only just learning how to use it and the review tab won't stop hassling me

I just signed up and the how to videos were very helpful! I will have to use privy for awhile before I give it 5 stars but so far so good.

Privy is very customizable and fast compared to other vendors, support is also very quick and direct

It is probably one of the most convenient Pop-up tools available out there. We have created a few graphic pop-ups for email collection which resonate with our brand image and Privy has enabled us to make those from scratch with utmost ease. They have a seamless integration with our MailChimp Lists and also provide daily insights about the data collected. Better yet, all of this without charging a single penny. Giving 4 stars only and only because the exit intent failed to work a few times when we tested it out on a few devices. But still, we are definitely going to be long term users of the app. Kudos to Team Privy!

I have just started using Privy but so far it has been smooth. Installation seemed easy enough so now I'm waiting to see how big of an impact it will make to my business.
