Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

I haven't had a chance to use this app before it directed me here. If I have any issues with it, I will direct my comments to the developers.

Interface is very confusing for getting started, needs work to streamline the process. Setup is not as easy as others have said. Coupons created in Privy don't always reflect the same details in Shopify, so that needs work. I had to go back and forth may times to fix errors. It's free for the most basic functionality, but every chance they get they are up-selling you to add features and get you to pay a monthly fee. They do repeatedly ask for a review which is super annoying since I haven't even created an ad yet. Gimme a few days at least to try it out. Having said all that, once you get through the painful process of creating an add it does work as promised, so far. I'll update with more once I see how it behaves over a few weeks.

So far, app is pretty good. Still trying to figure somethings out that aren't immediately obvious, but i'm sure I will once I play around a bit

I got this app to help me do emails for customers of my store. It could be a little more user friendly for people that have little understanding of how this stuff works. I wish it had more templates for newsletters and coupons. They all seem so basic. I am sure I will like it better once I figure out how to use it more fluidly.

IT WAS A LITTLE CONFUSING BUT HOPEFULLY EVERYTHING WORKS WELL. THIS IS MY FIRST ECOMMERCE STORE. IT WILL GET BETTER.

I just downloaded the app and I'm still setting up my store... so I'm not sure how well it functions, but setting up the email pop ups was very easy and their analytics reporting is easy to read and understand.

I have just started using Privy and it seems very beginner friendly. However there are some minor bugs when it comes to editing emails which can get pretty annoying over time. If that gets fixed it will be an addition to any store

I used this app to help me expand my customer interaction & retention. I’m not very tech savvy but this app was pretty easy to use and I hope I’ll be able to see it populate on my Website correctly!

little unsure about this at first. Basic cost is $10 a mo. even though its advertised as free. I'll change my review as a i become more familiar with their service and how well it works.

not bad but i cannot sync my shopify newsletter emails to my welcome email here. i wish info was more explicit on how to do that. hopefully they fix it

I like the app its one of the few that actually works. however I can not figure out how to make the pop up stop popping up on every page the customer clicks

I find it kind of ironic that a Pop-Up App continuously pops-up very annoyingly over and over again from the second it was downloaded. How can I possibly give an honest review when I haven't ever tried it. I have ZERO opinion, other than I'm annoyed that I was forced to write this before I even have time to try it. This is why people HATE pop-up blockers! Give it a break for a bit.
