Great free service but probably need to upgrade to get the most of it

As a consumer, I know how annoying popups can be. But I also have signed up using popup forms many times, so I know they work. Privy works well, and their tech support is SUPER helpful. In fact, I had a site issue that I thought was related to my Privy install so I asked for a hand--it turns out the issue had NO relationship to my Privy install, but they gave me some very helpful info which helped us fix our slow site issues caused by a completely different app from another developer! That's some top-notch support. :)

Love Privy. I use privy to tell my customers that they can have free shipping, I just wish there was a free option to remove targeting mobile devices as it looks like a horrible experience for users. Although the editor is a bit slow and not very user-friendly, the designs are relatively nice. Not bad for a free tool!

Privy is pretty easy to use (just watch the training videos) and has a lot of features even on the free plan. Great app.

The coupon code part is a bit confusing. Other than that, great!

I found this app to be pretty helpful. It took a bit to figure out some of the features, but all in all a good asset to my store. I may consider purchasing the upgrade for this app.

Just what I needed for our online boutique. We had an account with Constant Contact already, and this app synced well and easily. So easy to set up. Now when someone enters our store a email sign up pop up opens with an offer for free shipping. When they sign up, they get an instant welcome email with a code to redeem. It was just what we were looking for.

Great app, thanks! Easy to install and work with. Would love to try more functionality with the free version (like A/B testing) as the full version very expensive, so would really need to be sure before buying it.
