Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

Looks great, still trying to figure out how to use it!

Good app, free version does what it needs to. Quite a bit of customization as well.

Excellent app, very accessible and agreable to use. I however looked at the price tag for the extra features and it seemed hefty to me. It is a shame because it is a good app.

I've just started using it so I really don't have much of an opinion right now. Set up is all pretty straight forward. I'm stuck on the coupon code and how to get it to appear in the Thank You email, but other than that, so far so good!

In 7 days of using this app, we have made $100 from customers that were about to leave our site. At the same time we had orders from customers at bought at full price, which means Privy made us an extra money we would have lost while building a buyer email list. This is an amazing free app! Improvements can be made to their pop-up builder. At times when I tried to use the tools to customize, it would freeze, I would get a spinning wheel, or it wouldn't work. But after a while, I tried again and I got the job done. It functions (at the store level) like it should and it's an app that will make you money. I recommend it to anyone looking to improve their Shopify store to make more sales and capture those valuable buyer leads.

Just installed, and collecting emails within an hour!

Open useful functions with Addon-Automate and Plus options. One would appreciate contextual help (and some examples) with Audience Targeting's boolean operators though.

It works perfectly. It converts customers as soon as you install the app.

Great app. Helps me update my mailing list with ease. Gets new signups by offering discounts. Would recommend. Love it

Hooked it up with MailChimp on my Shopify store. Was almost automatic. WAY better than integrating the newsletter form that came with my Shopify template and MailShrimp (wish someone told me this in 2014 when I started with Shopify). Do not have many visitors and it is only day one but - it works! Now let's see if I can convert. ... it has been over a week now. I was converting at a 10% rate at first but the last 5ive days no one. Still like the app and look forward to targeting my (very small) list in a campaign soon

Just starting up with Privy but already it has become a crucial part of my store. Easy to use, intuitive and good GUI. Thanks!

seems easy to use and set up. Even for the free account, it's quite good for new stores starting up
