Been working with Privy for a couple of weeks and I am highly impressed with their customer support team. My experience with other companied had been rocky and I feel that Privy listened very well to all my needs and acted very fast. I really am looking forward to diving in much deeper this winter to create the best 2020 pop up and email marketing campaigns with Privy.

It is really easy to use and it does exactly what you want it too. I like it a lot I recommend it to anyone who is new and just getting started. You can design your layout easy and put your creative touch to it. Or you use the templates they have already which will the get job doe as well.

I have found a lot of negatives with Privy, it is not intuitive, you cannot get telephone support, the wait time for chat support is too long, some options don't work as advertised on mobile etc. However I am giving it a full 5 star review, because the bottom line is that we made more money than we spent.

I was easily able to transfer contacts from Mailchimp. We have a Shopify store and we needed some Black Friday business.

I think they are excellent, I can give whatever I need, we will choose them as the partner of e-mail marketing for the time being
