Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

This was a great app to install for pop up’s. It helped me to increase my sign up rate faster then expected.

it is so easy to use but the website itself is a bit cluttered to look at. And after generating it, 404 page showed

It needs to have more reporting functions. Very limited analytics available. Generally a good app. :))

It's ok. Strange quirks. Difficult to set up parts of it. Price is right so you get what you pay for. The tech support is knowledgable.

App is okay, but I only need it for the pop up function and am not willing to pay $20 a month to continue to use it.

Just installed this app. Still trying to work out how to get my pop up to show on my desktop ? Not so easy - what is a privy code ??

So far I'm fairly happy with this app! I deleted it and re-added it and so it is prompting me to write this review which is kind of annoying but I'm trying this out again, in need of a pop up email.

I was asked to do this review upon initial installation. I have literally not used any part of this app, nor even learned its functionality yet. This is now on continuous loop. unusable

Privy works great. I've used it for years with great success. I've lowered the rating to 3 stars entirely because of the way they now have their paid plan set up. I only use Privy for pop ups. I average around 5000 visitors a month which I thought would keep me in the free to use zone. However they count every page a customer views on your website. So this means I would at least need the 25,000 "pageview" plan that costs $35. For me it's not worth paying more than my entire Shopify subscription to make use of their pop up function. So I've switched to the MailMunch pop up. It's free and looks pretty similar to what I was using with Privy. To sum it up. If you are a low traffic store Privy's free option really is great. However, if you're like me adding another subscription for a simple pop up ad just doesn't feel worth it.

used the app to make pop-up ad for our website. It would be better if they will require each user to attend the online training to teach how to use the app

It works and its useful, the whole forced review thing I'm not a fan of but what ever, its free. I would recommend this app.

I'm not sure how good the app is because it keeps asking me to post a review before I've actually used it.

Used this app for email sign up only which worked well. A couple of weeks later we then found out we would have to pay in the future. Unfortunately we signed up with Privy because it was free, so we are now using a different app for this function. No complaints regarding its functionality.

I use this app for newsletters, automated emails, and subscriptions. I like the subscription pop up o. The website but the newsletter feature needs work. I wish it was more like Mailchimp.

Forced us to leave a review before it taught us how to use the app. You should definitely let people try the app first and learn how to use it before requesting a review.

seems good but i'm having trouble navigating my way around. I have started a few campaigns but can't find where they are saved to. I'm sure I'll figure it out but it's taking longer than I would have hoped.

I haven't spent much time looking into it but hope to in the near future. I would like more input on how to best use it.

Just downloaded. Has been great so far! Will update soon! It has been very easy to set up thus far.
