The app keeps asking for a review as my next step but I've barely started using it and have no conclusions yet, though I'm suspecting that it is not actually saving my customer emails which is all I need it to do...

Seems like a good app. however I don't like being forced to review before I even tested the app.

I wish I wasn't having to do a review right after downloaded. Would love to have been prompted for a review a couple days later when I've actually used the product.

Can be tricky to manoeuvre and takes time but a really handy tool and totally worth it!

I am learning how to develop my website. Right now I would like to try privy out to see if its the best fit for me. Therefore, getting charged the first couples weeks I use it. I do not feel is the best fit. I wanted to learn more about privy but due to the limit offers that are available I cannot invest money without assuring that it is the best fit. Hopefully in the future users can receive a free month trial to be able to learn more about the app. Once they see its potential they will pay the fees. Thank you! :)

I just added the APP. It immediately launched me into creating a "campaign" instead of bringing me to a Set Up section. I will assume Privy already has all the information it needs from me? I would like to know how it coordinates with Mail Chimp, I will investigate further. Update:The app seems to be working fine. The only problem so far was the email addresses collected from the Exit Pop ups weren't being added to the Shopify email list. I contacted Privy through the chat box and they got back to me in a timely fashion and told me that I needed to set a New Rule in the Automation tab. Once I did that the list was updated in Shopify. I appreciated the prompt assistance. Other than the fact that I find the editing features a little difficult to use, I will keep using this app, and I appreciate that it is free.
