Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

I like it so far. Some of my emails don't display the actual content when sent. It shows up in test email but not in the real one that is sent.

I like how it allows me to customize how the pop up looks and was easy to set up once you know HTML. All good so far!

Initially I needed to create a pop up to encourage signups to my newsletter, then went on to create newsletter, sign up welcome and cart emails. I found it easy to do with Privy, including my own logo and branding.

It is quite simple and looks good to use. Will recommend for start ups and small businesses. Very good app!

Works fine. We encounter problems every now and then with the integration with Mailchimp. Not sure on which side the problem lies.

Pretty solid app. Not all the interfaces are as intuitive as they could be, but overall it works really well.

We are just getting started using this app but have already created some campaigns and published them to the site. Process was easy and intuitive and displays well on the site. Still waiting on results but it is early in the process.

The app is awesome, the free plan available works perfectly when you are just starting and has many features you can use and customize!, the only feedback Id like they to improve is that, in some cellphones when opening the pop up it appears with the text overlapped even when the design in the app is correct.

Overall very simple and efficient tool to use. As soon as I added it we have gained thousands of emails

I am satisfied with this app. There are some finer details I would change, but I also realize that incentive for upgrade options are necessary. I would recommend for anyone managing an ecommerce website.

I have been using this app for quite some time now to collect email subscribers on my website, and it does a fairly decent job!

Privy didn't work very well for us but I can see why it's popular. It's very affordable and easy to use, but sometimes that's at the cost of functionality-from major function of contact segmentation to really small details such as sending test emails to multiple emails or flexible scheduling based on contact time zones. Again, it's a simple solution for perhaps most small businesses on Shopify who cannot afford spending $100+/mo for <10k susbcribers.

Getting used to it. So far so good. A little concerned with variable costs based on number of users... might like a fixed price to start after trial just to get feet wet. Don't see how to create spin a wheel etc type things... only see initial signups so far. but getting there. typing this now because I got tired of you popping up and asking for a review now it won't let me submit this... just keeps in a loop?

A great tool to engage new and existing customers. I would highly recommend this as an easy to use tool with effective features

this app has a very user friendly interface and lots of effective features that assist me in customer information acquisition! I would definitely recommend this app to any business owner

The customer service is awesome and I'm still learning about taking my email marketing to the next level.
